This home was refurbished in November 2012 with new furniture, three large flat screen T.V.'s including a 70 inch in the living area, a 46 inch in the master bedroom and a 46 inch in the second bedroom. Also includes NETFLIX, wireless internet, High Def cable TV, computer workstations with printer/scanner.
All of the kitchen utensils are new, most of the small appliances are Kitchen-aid. We have tried to include everything that you need for your visit: microwave, blenders, 10 cup coffee maker, coffee grinder, Keurig coffee maker, tea pot, mixer, serving dishes, kettle, roasting pan, electric knife, waffle maker, slow cooker, rice cooker, graters etc...
The bedrooms feature high quality firm plush pillow top mattresses. There is nothing worse than sleeping on a cheap mattress. The two large bedrooms feature new draperies, with sun block lining to allow you to sleep in while on vacation. The third bedroom has sun shield blinds. All bedrooms have overhead fans.
There is a large salt water pool in our back yard that is enclosed with a lanai to keep out those pesky Florida bugs. Our yard is private, partially shaded so that you can sit outside in the afternoon, and there are no neighbors living directly behind our house. It is very private. There is a propane BBQ and deluxe cast aluminum patio furniture including conversation area seating for 4, two chaise loungers, and a dining table for two. We installed a power retractable awning in the lanai for some shade.

Donna is partially retired, and I'm still working away. I've owned a construction company and a real estate brokerage in Hamilton Ontario Canada for the past 30 years. We love visiting Delray Beach during the winter, and we rent out our house when we are not using it.

We love Delray Beach. It was voted in 2012 as 'the most fun town in USA'. The downtown core features a strip with many restaurants, outdoor patios, galleries and spas. Great for people watching and enjoying happy hour. Delray Beach is a safe, clean, well kept area. Beaches are less than 9 miles away from our home, and there are lots of public golf courses and restaurants nearby. And let's not forget shopping. Malls and boutique shops throughout the area. This home is well kept and the second master bedroom/ensuite bath is great if you have another couple visiting. The third bedroom also has a queen bed.
Its great to live near so many golf courses. Green fees are reasonable, and last minute rates are available on-line. Boca Raton to the south is just a few miles away. Boynton Beach and West Palm Beach are just to the north. Great shopping throughout, tons of great restaurants nearby. There are at least 25 golf courses in the area with green fees from $25+ depending on the season.
Rather than have our FL son and his family trek to Maine and guess at snow outfit sizes one more time, this Grammy and Grampy reversed the annual trend and traded shovels for suntan lotion. It really was no surprise that the Chun property was exactly as pictured and described. The community though physically close is extremely private and quiet. We met relocated owners from familiar areas in the northeast.
For any cook, the kitchen is replete with every appliance and handy gadget imaginable. Evening TV viewing is enhanced with Netflix on large screens. Floors glisten w/white tile. Bedrooms and baths are spacious. Garage includes amenities like bikes to make for an enjoyable ride to close by natural attractions, peddle around the gated community and to the community center's large heated pool, tennis courts, fitness center and golf course.
Maintenance for the grounds and building properties was beyond dependable to exceptional.
Polo Trace is a quick and easy drive to stores and restaurants and w/easy access to highways for side trips. Roadways are in easy grids to explore new destinations.

The house attended perfectly what we needed. We stayed for 3 months in this beautiful house. It's close to supermarkets, pharmacies, shopping centers and movies. The community is very calm and safe, as is the city either. And the house is entirely furnished with high quality acessories. If you want to stay in a beautiful house with comfort and close to everything, this is your house.
Para brasileiros que queiram passar uma temporada na Flórida, em Delray Beach, eu recomendo esta bela casa totalmente mobiliada e equipada. Ela tem piscina, churrasqueira, 3 quartos, e acomoda tranquilamente até 7 pessoas. Fica perto de supermercados, farmácias, centros de lazer e etc. Muitos pontos turísticos frequentados por residentes e desconhecidos por turistas. Após 3 meses nesta casa com minha família, realmente vamos sentir saudades.
We just spent a whole month in Delray Beach for the first time and was a bit worried about all the conveniences left behind, but the house was filled with all things necessary and had a pool at the house which was key for the kids after a long day at tennis camp!! I can't say enough nice things about the owners too!! Super sweet and accommodating! The location of the house is perfect if you want to get around Florida with an ease and have a safe and quiet home to come back to. I would definitely stay there again if I go back for a month!!!
We enjoyed our stay at the house. The TV's in every room were great. We especially liked the huge TV in the great room - perfect for watching movies. The location was ideal too - close to Delray Marketplace, and not far from downtown. We highly recommend the house for your stay in Delray Beach.
We loved visiting and golfing in the Delray Beach area. Lots of great, inexpensive courses to choose from. Home is great, nice to have a 70 inch big screen TV with High Def television. Better than mine at home. Community gym and pool is well equipped, tennis courts are a nice plus. We also enjoyed having a couple bikes in the garage to get out to the nearby conservation area.
Among the houses we have rented before through different states, this one is my favorite!!! It is a very comfortable home, with EVERYTHING you need. We love cooking, and the kitchen is equipped with all necessary appliances and tools. The beds were hard to leave! The TV´s were awesome… and the pool was a blast!
My teenagers enjoyed it a lot, especially going to the community gym, pool and tennis courses. The location of the neighborhood is great, with lots of things to do around it. The gardens and streets are neat and neighbors are very friendly. We will miss it!!!

MONTHLY RENTAL ONLY. Our home is located in a safe, upscale, 24 hour manned gated tennis community of 398 homes all built in the late 1990's known as Polo Trace. Our home is located at 7602 Charing Cross Lane, Delray Beach. The neighborhood is very well kept, stucco and clay tile roofs on the homes, and will impress you and your guests. We can supply a list of 25 public golf courses within 35 minutes of our home, all with very inexpensive green fees. The list includes their websites, phone numbers, and discount websites.
Green Cay nature reserve is about one mile away, featuring peaceful elevated boardwalk through a wildlife sanctuary.
