I chose this neighborhood because proximity is the ultimate luxury. In South Florida, "walkability" is rare, and this pocket of Delray Beach is one of the few places where a car is truly optional. Being two blocks from Atlantic Avenue places the property at the intersection of high-end convenience and the classic Florida beach lifestyle.
The Scene
The neighborhood is the pulse of Delray Beach. Atlantic Avenue is the main artery, lined with upscale boutiques, world-class dining, and a nightlife scene that stays vibrant year-round. It’s a sophisticated yet laid-back atmosphere where you’ll see people walking from breakfast at a sidewalk cafe straight toward the ocean with a surfboard.
Unlike the more suburban feel of nearby Boca Raton, this area feels like a "beach city." It has a high energy during the day that transitions into a premier dining destination at night.
What I Enjoy Most
The Seamless Transition: You can spend the morning in total silence in the private backyard or soaking in the hot tub, then walk five minutes and be in the middle of a bustling crowd at a five-star restaurant.
The "Park and Forget" Factor: I value efficiency. I love that guests can arrive, park their cars in the driveway, and not have to touch them again until they leave.
The Beach Proximity: You’re close enough to feel the ocean breeze and reach the sand in minutes, but far enough away to avoid the heavy traffic and noise of the immediate beachfront.

Adult-Friendly Layout: No twin beds or cheap bunks. We use a King and two Queens with high-end linens, making it actually comfortable for adult groups.
