Fully renovated with restored original wood floors, full kitchen, concrete countertops. Each bedroom features a queen bed, perfect for a pleasant night's sleep. Enjoy the convenience of amenities including AC or heat, a washing machine and dryer, WiFi, smart TV, and heating. Relax in the secluded Rodeo Room with your favorite book and drink. The bathroom includes a bathtub for a delightful soak after a day of exploring. There are plenty of great restaurants in the vicinity to enjoy, or you can go for a ride on the Treat Bike Boulevard which connects to the famous Tucson Loop. Our peaceful place is an exceptional value in a sought out neighborhood. If you want to wind down at the end of a great day, enjoy the fire pit table in the enclosed back yard.
