Additional Notes
Parking
★ Parking is free, with plenty of designated spaces conveniently located right in front of the home
★ Commercial vehicles, RVs, trailers, buses, golf carts, or boats are not allowed at Champions Gate
★ Street parking is not permitted; ensure vehicles do not obstruct sidewalks to avoid towing
Self-Catering
★ This home is self-catering. A small welcome kit is provided to get you started, but guests should stop by a nearby supermarket for additional supplies as needed
Pool Heat (Optional)
★ Cost: $40 per day (minimum of 2 consecutive days)
★ For our guest safety and optimal equipment performance, pool heating is maintained at a maximum of 85°F and the hot tub at 95°F. Please submit pool heating requests at least 48 hours in advance to ensure the water reaches these temperatures by the time you check in.
★ Please note that the attached spa is designed as a spillover feature and shares the same water circulation as the pool. Consequently, the spa will remain at the same temperature as the pool unless pool heating is specifically requested and active.
BBQ Rental (Optional)
★ Cost: $80 for the duration of your stay (includes cleaning and propane refill)
Housekeeping
★ The home is thoroughly cleaned before check-in, with clean sheets and towels available
★ Mid-stay cleaning can be arranged for an additional fee
Custom Check In/Out Time (Subject to Availability)
★ Cost: $60. To better accommodate your travel schedule, you may request a 1:00 PM arrival and 12:00 PM departure. This cost goes entirely toward the logistical shifts needed for our cleaning crew to prioritize your stay; we provide this as a convenience rather than an extra surcharge. Because we must ensure our team has adequate time to maintain our high standards, this service is not always available and depends on the surrounding reservation schedule

This was an excellent home, in a beautiful resort. My family and I stayed here for two weeks and enjoyed every minute. We felt like we were in a home away from home!Dustin was excellent from start to finish with our stay, replied to us so quick and resolved one small issue we had on arrival on the same day!If you’re looking for a villa that looks great, feels like a home and has a host with excellent communication and support, this is the place for you. A little confusing on the process getting all guests through gate but host was great he jumped in and got all of us in the gate and to the house fairly quickly.

Our communication with the owner, Dustin was amazing! He was always quick to answer questions we had. The house was beautiful and exactly as described. The pool, game room and theater rooms were exactly what we were hoping for! We would definitely book this home again!

We loved this place! The decorations were great. The beds were very comfortable and nice quality bedding and the pool and backyard area had lots of seating and was very enjoyable. The kids especially enjoyed the theater seating every room had its own TV. The host has put a lot of time and effort into making this a great place! There were a couple of the games in the game room that didn’t work and the host bent over backwards and did everything he could to make things right. He was amazing. I think this is the best host we’ve ever had!

The host was extremely helpful, very accommodating and easy to reach. He responded quickly and answered all of our questions. He followed through with all of our requests. The house is magnificent! Well designed, comfortable and has everything that you need for the stay. The pool and hot tub were heated and delightful!The game room was an added plus with a great selection.I would definitely recommend this rental to friends!

Our stay at Champions Gate was absolutely fantastic. Dustin was hands-down the most responsive and helpful host I’ve ever had the pleasure of working with. He went above and beyond — when we asked for some “non-Disney” ideas, he delivered great recommendations, and our day trip to New Smyrna Beach ended up being the highlight of our vacation. The beach town was exactly as he described and such a fun change of pace.We were also pleasantly surprised by how much we enjoyed the Champions Gate pools and clubhouse — they added a whole extra layer of fun and relaxation to the trip. The home itself was just as beautiful as the photos and truly felt like modern luxury.We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend Dustin’s property to anyone visiting the area.

Perfect Getaway!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful and spotless home! From the moment we walked in, everything was pristine and so tastefully decorated. The house was even better than the photos — spacious, cozy, and equipped with everything we needed for a relaxing and comfortable visit. You can tell the hosts take great pride in maintaining the property; it truly felt like a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend!

Our family had an amazing stay at this vacation home in Champions Gate in Orlando area! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed by how clean, spacious, and beautifully decorated the house was. There was more than enough room for everyone to spread out comfortably, and the layout was perfect for our family.We absolutely loved the pool and jacuzzi, and the game room was a huge hit with both the kids and adults. The kitchen was large and well-equipped, making it easy to prepare meals, and the bedrooms were spacious with very comfortable beds. The neighborhood was quiet and enjoyable, and the location was convenient to everything we wanted to do during our trip.What really made our experience exceptional was our host, Dustin. He was incredibly responsive and always quick to answer any questions we had. While we did encounter a few minor issues during our stay, Dustin addressed them immediately and made sure everything was taken care of right away. His attention to detail and commitment to making our stay enjoyable did not go unnoticed.We stayed for a week, and when it was time to leave, none of us wanted to go home! That’s a true testament to how much we enjoyed our experience. We would absolutely book this property again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, spacious, and well-maintained place to stay in Orlando area. Great place to stay! We enjoyed our relaxing mom getaway. We had a sip and paint brunch. The amount of space was incredible . Dustin was a great host, he is always available for whatever you might need.We really appreciated that.
