The bonus loft space upstairs includes a huge sectional sleeper sofa for relaxing and a 55" smart TV. Less than 10-minute drive to Sunset Beach or Ocean Isle Beach. Nearby shopping & restaurants and located in a quiet neighborhood. Drive to 10 golf courses within minutes.

This property was as nice as being at home, very clean, well decorated and an excellent collection of dishes and cookware. Host also has baby accessories available as well as towels and beach equipment. Close to grocery stores and shops. A very beautiful home away from home. I would definitely recommend this property for anyone traveling to the sunset/Ocean Isle area!!

Lucas was great from start to finish! Easy to rent, prompt replies on any inquiries, property was clean and had everything you would need, including beach, chairs, and other items. Nice touch, adding sundries in the bathroom, including toothbrushes and toothpaste. We would definitely rent from Lucas again.

We love this property. The host is very responsive to questions. The townhome is clean, spacious, and well appointed. The owner has thought of everything, and the beds are comfortable. It is a new property in a quiet subdivision. Restaurant and shopping are near by. We’re looking forward to returning!

Clean and comfortable

This is a beautiful, newly built townhome that was very clean and quiet. It’s in a nice neighborhood in a great location. A quick drive to Sunset Beach. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Home was a new build, as advertised and very clean. The neighborhood was small, friendly and peaceful. It is about 5 mins from the Sun Set Beach Pier. The home owner was very accommodating and worked with me directly with unique requests.
