Moonlight Bay on 4th – Waterfront Views, Game Room, Multi-Level Decks & Resort-Style Pool
Moonlight Bay on 4th is a 6 bedroom/3 bathroom pool home located on the intercoastal waterway and accommodates 12 guests. This beautiful waterfront home offers 3 levels of indoor/outdoor living space! Spacious open floor plan with gorgeous kitchen, seated bar for casual dining along with a formal dining room. Large sectional in the living area with a big screen TV & fireplace for the time you want to just relax indoors. The main floor has walls of windows capturing the bay and the beautiful intercoastal waters. The incredible resort-style outdoor space includes 2 multi-level covered balconies and the ground-floor waterfront terrace with outdoor dining. Sun loungers lined up at the pool's edge. Inside the ground floor, you will find a great place to take a reprieve from the sun and enjoy the game room. Bring your favorite beverage out to the balcony and catch every sunrise and sunset! Keep an eye out for the dolphins playing in the bay. This vacation home has a true Florida lifestyle....make memories and return year after year!!
Ground Floor
Game Room: Pac-Man Arcade game (currently out of service), ping pong table, and futon.
Pool Area: Pool & spa (neither are heated), 6 pool loungers, fire pit table with 4 chairs (fire pit is not operational, only for display purposes), TV, resort-style seating, and 3 ceiling fans.
First Floor
Kitchen: Stainless steel ice/water refrigerator, stove/oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, Keurig coffee maker, 2-slice toaster, teapot, and air fryer. Island with sink, beverage refrigerator, and 6 counter stools. Basic dishes, cookware, and utensils are provided. Basic spices, cooking oil, and coffee filters and/or pods are not always available.
Dining Room: Table w/8 seats, ceiling fan, small entryway table.
Living Room: Large sectional sofa, ottoman, TV, fireplace, and ceiling fan.
Bedroom #1: Queen-size bed, dresser & mirror, 2 nightstands, TV, and ceiling fan.
Bathroom #1: Single vanity and tub/shower combination.
Bedroom #2: King-size bed, 2 nightstands, ceiling fan, and TV.
Second Floor
Bathroom #2: Double vanity and step-in shower.
Bedroom #3: The master bedroom has a King-size bed, loveseat, table, 2 nightstands, TV, ceiling fan, double doors to balcony, and an ensuite bathroom.
Bathroom #3 (En-suite): Double vanity, step-in shower w/ rain showerhead, and claw foot soaking tub.
Bedroom #4: Twin-over-twin bunkbeds, kids table w/ chairs, TV, console table, bookshelves, 2 ceiling fans, and door to the upper balcony.
Bedroom #5: Queen-size bed, futon, ceiling fan, nightstand, and TV.
Bedroom #6: Queen-size bed, dresser, bookshelf, and nightstand.

Important Information
House Rules:
1. No smoking/vaping in the unit. No illegal substances on the premises. Violation of this policy will result in a smoke remediation fee ranging from $200-$500 depending on the severity.
2. No parties or events.
3. No pets. Please notify management of any service animals.
4. You are vacationing in a residential area, please be mindful of noise during all hours. Quiet hours start at 10pm and you must adhere to local noise ordinance.
5. Rinse off and return any and all beach equipment at the end of each day. Do not leave equipment out overnight.
6. Docking of a boat or any other watercraft is not permitted at this property.
Renting Requirement Policy: The guest booking the reservation must occupy the unit for the duration of the stay and is required to be 25 years of age minimum. Adults may not rent a unit for anyone under the age of 25, they must be actively present at the rental unit.
Maximum Guest Occupancy Policy: Adherence to occupancy policies and limits is strictly enforced. The guest count may not exceed the maximum guest occupancy at any point in time, including any pre-approved day guests. These policies are in place for your safety and the protection of the vacation home and the vacation rental industry. Violation of these policies may result in immediate eviction with complete forfeiture of all monies paid. Please contact management to request pre-approval for any day guests. Additional guests that will exceed the maximum occupancy will automatically be denied.
Noise Ordinance: STRICTLY ENFORCED. No pool, spa, jacuzzi, or outdoor sports courts on the property of a vacation rental may be used by any person between the quiet time hours of 9:00pm and 7:00am. Amplified music or other sound, including spoken voices, is strictly prohibited from being played at any time on the property of a vacation rental, except where such amplified music or sound is played within the residential structure, over speakers located only within and not on the exterior of the residential structure, and where they windows and doors of the vacation rental are closed.
Toiletries: Guests should bring their own toiletries, dishwasher pods, and laundry pods. Each unit will have two rolls of toilet tissue per bathroom, soap for every sink, a trash bag, and at least one roll of paper towels in the kitchen. 2 dishwasher pods and 2 laundry pods are also provided if applicable to the rental. We provide one set of bath towels per guest. For guest convenience, we also provide beach towels. All linens are provided.
Parking: This property allows 2 vehicles to park in the garage and only 3 vehicles to park in the driveway per city ordinance. No street or grass parking.

There are plenty of activities to do in the area such as miniature golf at Smuggler's Cove, pedal and electric bike rentals, paddle boards, jet skis, parasailing, and boat cruises including sunset, dolphin, and sunset cruises. You can even rent a floating tiki bar to take out on the water. The Mad Bay Fish House is a delicious waterfront restaurant for lunch or dinner. World-famous John's Pass Boardwalk and Fishing Village is nearby and features waterfront restaurants, Sculley's, a large Tiki bar, a brewery, watersport rentals, plenty of shopping, sweet shops, and animal encounters.
