Grand Master Bedroom – California King bed with a luxurious latex mattress, walk-in closet, and a 55-inch smart TV.
Bedroom 2 – Queen-size bed.

Bedroom 5 – Pull-out twin beds (two twin mattresses).
Both bathrooms are equipped with high-end bidets. Shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and fresh towels are provided.

Notes:
- There are two houses on this big lot, the cottage is the front house with a private entrance, a fenced private back yard as seen in photos.
- The house is across from an elementary school, so drop-off and pick-up time could be a little busy (around 8:50am and 3pm). Other than that, the area is very quiet.
- For safety reason, there are exterior perimeter cameras.

House rule highlights:
No Party, No event of any kinds(No commercial filming, and photography)
No Smoking, vaping, e-cigarettes anywhere on the property. $500 cleaning fee if violated.
