Enjoy the breathtakingly beautiful panoramic view of Greer’s Ferry lake and Sugarloaf Mountain and miles and miles beyond. Our family has enjoyed many days on this lake, as well as the great golf courses, tennis courts and many other recreational opportunities here. But the best thing about Lago Vista is that, for a few days, it can belong to you.

The lake is an outdoor playground for fishing, boating, wake-boarding and skiing, scuba diving, and sailing. The Fairfield Bay Marina is your center for water recreation, renting ski boats and skis, party barges, boat slips and houseboats. Many memories were made by both the little ones and the adults.

We made ginger bread houses, decorated cookies, played games and

ate tons of of food and of course the men played a lot of pool.

Your kitchen was well equipped which made it easy to prepare our meals

The view is the most beautiful on the lake!!! The one sunrise we saw was

The views from just about every room were absolutely amazing! The property is very well kept and though there are neighbors it's surrounded by a plethora

of trees so it provides a great deal of privacy. The property was stocked with everything we needed and provided such a relaxing atmosphere. We loved playing pool which sparked a bit of healthy competition between the family. If you visit Fairfield Bay, this property is an absolute must stay.

Outstanding Family Vacation! Thanks!

  • 5 of 5

Everything about this home is perfect for our family gathering. The view is spectacular. Bird watching is great from the top deck. So many sitting areas. The kitchen and bathrooms are well stocked.

The kids (7 total, ages 2-14) had the entire lower level to themselves - pool table convertible to ping pong table, spacious lounging area for Super Smash Bros. Brawl, 2 swings sets on the lower level porch. They only came upstairs for meals.

We went to the pool almost daily. Tubing on the lake and visit to the Blanchard Cavern are must do’s. We climbed Sugar Loaf Mountain, went fishing. A lot of fun water activities at the marina. We never left Fairfield Bay because there were too many local fun activities. We saw a nearby horse stable but ran out of time. Didn't have enough time for tennis or golfing either.

We couldn’t believe how inexpensive the local entertainment activities were. We went to see Star Trek Beyond and Ice Age: Collision Course, popcorn and drinks included - $53 for 10 people. Spare Time Bowling, including shoes rental - $48 for 8 people.

The local people are super friendly, and everyone loves where they live. We loved driving the smooth winding roads through the mountain.

The owner and property manager are amazing. They kept in touch with us via texting. They went out of their way to make sure our stay was more than perfect.

This is definitely one of our best family vacations! Thanks!

Family Vacation

  • 5 of 5

We had a wonderful time in this house and Fairfield Bay! The house was large enough for 7 adults and 3 children! The views from the deck were amazing! We enjoyed 2 days on the Lake and the Fairfield Marina was awesome to work with! We did hike Sugerloaf Mountain and it was beautiful! The guys took a trout fishing trip which they enjoyed and the girls shopped in Heber Springs. We did enjoy the Cool Pool which is close to the house and the guys played some golf. Everyone was friendly and we enjoyed Sunday Worship at Fairfield Bay Baptist Church. The house had everything we needed to enjoy time together. We did enjoy the movies that were available to watch! We played many games and our grandsons loved the ping pong table! Thank you for providing a wonderful place for our family to be all together and create new memories!

Our stay at Lago Vista

  • 5 of 5

Thank you Fred and Lori for sharing your beautiful home with us. This was our 50th Anniversary, we had most of our immediate family with us to celebrate with. We enjoyed bowling, miniature golf, hiking, eating out and cooking on grill on deck, watching fire works display in distance, but most of all just got caught up with visiting and enjoying the beautiful view and peace you feel while there. Our stay was every thing we wanted and more . Very convenient for restaurants, grocery store, church and lots of entertainment. The folder you provided about stuff we needed to know, places to go and things to do was very helpful. We would highly recommend this home to anyone wanting a beautiful, clean, relaxing, spacious place to stay.
