Woodland Shores Townhome 27 Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey Looking for a lush, peaceful escape…within walking distance to the beach? Then Woodland Shores unit 27 is your budget friendly vacation home away from home! This spacious bi-level can sleep six and features a fully equipped kitchen, tasteful décor throughout and a balcony. With amenities such as two pools, and shuffle board, Woodland Shores has something for everyone! Plus award winning golf courses, restaurants, outdoor malls, movie theaters and more await you nearby. So grab your beach gear and your beach attitude and make Woodland Shores your next vacation destination! This condo rents weekly from Saturday to Saturday during Spring Break. Over the 4th of July holiday we require a weekly stay.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students. We require 1 parent for every 2 people under 25.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays. In addition to our welcome kit, we also supply basic cooking essentials like salt, pepper, and oil.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

The townhouse is clean. Each toilet has one massage (soap) bar, two toilet paper rolls (enough for 6 people to use for almost a week) and many towels. We brought shampoo, shower gel and hand wash. It has a big top load of washing machine and a front load dryer. We brought plenty of laundry detergent for our beach towels and swimming clothes since we went to the beach everyday. The public beach is very close ( just about 3 to 5 minutes walking). We had 2 chairs and umbrella setup every day. It was nice since one day we got to the beach kinda late and the setup was all reserved but the guy told us that they had one for us when we showed him our pass. Overall it was an excellent stay. It was like home away from home. If we come back to Destin, we will definitely stay here again and for longer time.

Miramar Beach

Lovely place to stay. The complimentary beach chairs and umbrella were nice. Very clean and comfortable. Only a few problems. There is NOT a grill as the site indicates. The front door needs some WD40. It became an alarm clock for people trying to sleep.

Definitely Recommend!!

Everything about the check in/check out process was so easy! We were able to get a complimentary ticket for activites per day, which were so easy to book. We also got a complimentary beach umbrella and chairs on the beach everyday of our stay. Every question we had was promptly answered. We had no complaints and would definitely book again!

Great walking distance to beach

This is a very nice property! The pictures were spot on. Plenty of space and the kitchen was stocked with all that we needed to do our own cooking. The door code was a nice and convenient and didn’t have to worry about keys. I would definitely stay again at this property.

It was nice and quiet. Short trip to the beach and there was pool access. Beds seemed a little smaller then your average queen and a little too firm for our liking.

The house is conveniently located near the beach and is in close proximity to shops and restaurants. It was also very clean with great amenities. Overall we loved the house and had a great family vacation. Highly recommended!

Not worth the money

I booked 2 bedroom. Rooms were large but beds were too small(queen size) beds. Sofa bed was extremely uncomfortable. It smelled bad as soon as we entered the place. We quickly realized it had not been cleaned very good. It was about 3 blocks from public beach access. Unit did have everything we needed for the kitchen. Overall it was okay but a little overpriced

June 2018 Stay

Overall we had a great time. The townhome is located in a great spot. As we have been to Destin before and stayed in other townhomes, there were just a few things that stood out. The floor was dirty when we first arrived. We had to sweep the floor as it had sand. A small vacuum would be a great asset in order to maintain the floor clean. The linens in the sleeper sofa were dirty and also with sand. We had to change them in order for my kids to sleep there. We found three cockroaches during the stay just randomly walking around. These few things could easily be fixed for next time. Thank you!
