Welcome to Mira View, a bright and eclectic 2BR/2BA gulf-view condo in the Ciboney community, perfectly set on Scenic Gulf Drive in Miramar Beach. This family-friendly getaway sleeps up to 6 guests and is just a short walk across the street to the sugary white sand and emerald waters.

Step into an open living area with wall-to-wall glass doors framing the Gulf, comfortable seating, a sleeper sofa, and a 70" Smart TV. Slide open the doors to your spacious private balcony and enjoy coffee, sea breezes, and stunning sunrises and sunsets over the water.

Wake up to the gulf view from the main bedroom, featuring a California king bed, desk workspace, flat-screen TV, private balcony access, and an en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom also offers a flat-screen TV and cozy sleeping arrangements, making it ideal for families or couples traveling together.

Cook with a view in the fully stocked kitchen, where you can prepare meals while looking out toward the water. Dine indoors or take your meals out to the balcony for an alfresco experience.

My mom and I stay at the beach every thanksgiving and this is by far the best place yet!Decor is fabulous, stunning views, plenty of cooking amenities, even the towels are top of the line. Everything we needed was provided plus some.

Absolutely loved this condo! Shreeti was very easy to work with and made the check in/out process a breeze! Condo was very clean, well stocked, and bed in master bedroom was very comfortable. The views were amazing ! I would absolutely stay here again!

We would absolutely stay in this location at this condo again! It was within perfect walking distance to the beach and the view of the ocean each morning exceeded our expectations! We also loved the ice cream shop next door and went there every evening. The only thing I wish would have been in the unit is spices like salt and pepper as well as beach towels. We did bring a couple of thin towels but just something to note if you plan to stay here. We can't wait to visit again

Excellent Beach Rental

We loved our time in this condo. Everything was amazing. Check in is super easy, it was very clean and exactly as pictured, beds were super cozy, the private beach entrance was so convenient and a nice perk, and the location close to many great things was perfect. We will definitely rent this condo again.

Beautiful updated condo with wonderful mattress in master bedroom. We initially had issues we a delayed check in and some unclean bed linens, however the host are changing cleaning crews and that should take care of the problem. Hosts were quickly responsive. Love the view from balcony!

Don't think twice, just book this amazing place!

I traveled from IN to FL with my 3 kiddos for the week. The stay was amazing, location was fantastic with a 9, 7, and very slow at times 5 year old we were able to walk to the beach in 1 minute and 30 seconds! The owners are the nicest people as I had to call them for a question. They were so quick to answer and even offered to facetime me at the condo to make sure I was doing something correctly with one of the appliances. The pictures do not do the property justice, everything is even nicer than the pictures show! The primary bedroom bed is a king size and it is so comfortable! I know this isn't major but I cooked every meal at the condo and the pots and pans provided are awesome. I loved them so much when my personal pots and pans need replace I want to use the brand to owners have at the condo! Don't think twice about staying at this residence, it is amazing, the owners are fantastic, and everything is so safe and so clean! We were so lucky to find it and will always want to stay here when traveling to Marimar!

My love for being around water has drawn me to all sorts of places with aquatic beauty, ranging from sandy beaches, ocean, lake, water fall, rivers all the way to glaciers. We dream of living amidst nature, being surrounded by scenic beauty, both while working as well as relaxing and enjoying water activities in leisure time. Me and my husband are both nature lovers, friendly and social, and express it via extending our space to others to enjoy.

While residing in colder regions until few years ago, we always looked forward to a Florida trip every year with family. Out of all the places we visited in Florida, Emerald coast has been our family favorite because of weather, beautiful emerald colored water and sugary white beaches. We often struggled to find fitting centrally located listings in low rise building, with beautiful gulf view and good amenities both within the condo as well as in the premises. When we visited Miramar beach for a dinner at Pomapano Joes Restaurant, we fell in love with the surrounding beaches and calm area, with low rise buildings and proximity to 30A.

The beautiful gulf view from all the main areas of unit, well stocked kitchen, high quality amenities and linens, big size smart TVs in all rooms, comfortable beds, thoughtfully decorated throughout. Additionally, the unit is one of the fewer front side condos with direct and amazing gulf view and easy access to beach, located in the popular Ciboney building. The building has been recently fully renovated and has amenities like brand new elevator, one of the most spacious parking areas, spacious surrounding yard area, dog park, outdoor picnic area, grill, swimming pool, pickle ball and tennis court. You name it and the building has it - One of the rare properties in the area with so many amenities, besides the proximity to beach and central location. The amazing sunsets from the spacious well furnished porch is what adds to the overall experience making it one of the unique combinations all available in a single property.
