3BR + sleeping loft with 2 balconies & ground level deck. Captivating bay sunsets, great location, & short walk to beach. There is free reserved parking for 2 vehicles. Walking distance to everything in Dewey. Catch the Jolly Trolly and hop a ride to Rehoboth & the boardwalk. 3 Story townhouse with 3 decks. Livingroom & kitchen on the 2nd level. 1 Queen, 1 Double, 2 Singles, 2 Singles. Sleeps 8. Townhouse is undergoing some furniture changes. Cleaning fee is waived for 7 day rentals.

Please Note: Lease will be emailed from a local real estate company. There is no refund for cancellation through VRBO. However, Crowley Assoc. does offer a cancellation policy separately which is stated in the lease agreement.

Once your reservation is confirmed, further correspondence will be directly with our office and/or your agent who will reach out and email a lease providing additional, relevant information.

Tenants need to provide their own linens, towels & paper products. Ask your agent or our office for linen package options.

In addition, VRBO policy is not able to collect the Dewey Beach accommodations tax of 3% This amount will be noted in your lease and is payable directly to Crowley via check, debit or credit card.
