Quaint gated condo in the heart of Dewey Beach, DE right on the Rehoboth Bay. It is only a little over a block from the ocean with its own private bay beach. Perfect to launch a kayak or paddle board. This adorable gated condo has one bedroom, one bath, and sleeps 4. Private washer and dryer in unit, plus two outside seating areas; one screened. Bonus! One free parking spot included! No pets and no smoking anywhere on premises.

A perfect stay at Dewey Sunset

My girlfriend and I had the best stay we could have asked for. The unit was a perfect fit for two, and everything from the amenities, the location, and everything in between made the trip worthwhile. Scott was a terrific Property Manager - (quickly) responsive, informative, and overall welcoming of our trip. I will definitely be looking at either the same or other related locations for future trips!

This property was centrally located in Dewey Beach within walking distance of everything, including the ocean. Everything was new and clean making this condo very comfortable. Parking was easy and we especially enjoyed the bay view and beautiful sunsets. We would certainly return to this beautiful spot again.

Perfect Little Condo in Dewey

We had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly accommodating, allowing us to check in early, which fit perfectly with our schedule. The location couldn't be better—everything in Dewey is within walking distance, including beach access just a 5-minute walk away. Every restaurant we tried nearby was fantastic, making it easy to enjoy the local food scene without driving anywhere. The room was fully stocked with everything we needed and more. We can't wait to return for another perfect stay!

Beautiful little gem

Scotts condo was a perfect getaway place. Booked on the spur of the moment for a friends surprise party. Location was great. Dewey is a walkable town. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies, bed and bath were comfortable. Bonuse washer and dryer both worked well. Will definitely look to come again!

Perfect weekend getaway

This place did not disappoint! We stayed here over the Easter weekend for 4 nights. My teenage son slept on the sleeper sofa, and we did bring a mattress topper for him for extra plush, and it worked out perfectly. The kitchen was well stocked with pots and pans, even spices. It's a huge bonus to have linens and towels provided as well as a hair dryer and shampoo/conditioner. The condo was really clean and well maintained. The location is great as well and great if you are up for a nice walk to the boards at Rehoboth. We will definitely rent this place again.

Family Vacation at Dewey Beach

Dewey Sunset was exactly what my family and I were looking for! The condo was cozy and clean, the area was great (bay on one side, beach across the street, easy drive to Rehoboth for some shopping), and everything we were looking for was right in reach. Whether it was a cutting board, great pots and baking sheets, or even a shaker for drinks, we had everything we needed. And our host Scott was kind and attentive--every question we had was answered promptly. A great trip, a great place, and a great host!

Scott's place is absolutely wonderful! We had the best weekend staying there. Everything was clean, cozy and walking distance to restaurants and the beach! Our kids loved the private beach attached to the condo! We can't wait to come back again!
