🌟 Maria Condo has 2 bedrooms, 1 kitchen, dining space, and living room, and it has 1 bathroom.
♻️ For reservations with 1-2 guests, only one bedroom will be accessible, while the second bedroom will remain locked.
🛏️ The sofa bed in the living room can be turned into a bed and set up upon request too.

🏃♂️Our outdoor amenities includes a walking and jogging path all within the condo fence except for the tower 2 area.
🚗 Paid parking areas are available upon request and at your extra cost.
Other things to note
Cleaning in between stays and per request is at the expense of the guests at P500/cleaning. This includes change of sheets and towels.
🪪 Host will ask for a government ID after booking because it is required by the condo management.
