I'm glad you liked the place! The AC is working well but I will check the downstairs bedroom ventilation. We usually leave two toilet papers rolls per bathroom. Thanks for taking care of the house during your stay and hope see you soon again here soon!

Hi Miguel, I'm glad you liked the place. I'm sorry the guest before you cooked Indian food and we were not able to completely remove the smell, but I hope it was just in the first day and you find the kitchen clean. The carpet is vacuumed every guest change and a professional steam clean was done on May 2021. The coach is cleaned every guest exchange. We will have the house painted this fall and some TLC will be done. The shower is disinfected every cleaning, and we will replace the caulking of the shower you mentioned. I hope you have enjoyed your stay despite those issues and thank you for your comments.

I'm glad you liked the place! Please, next time send me a message with the issues that it will be a pleasure take care of them before your check-out. I'm sorry for the AC. Here in Florida, due the high humidity, less than 72 can freeze the system and it can stop to work. You can leave the AC fan set to on and it will work all day.

Hi Jeffrey and Ruth, I'm sorry you have some issues on your stay at the house. I was only aware of the pool temperature issue. As you stated to me many times about the pool temperature, I checked the resort pool and hot tub with a thermometer and it showed the pool was 75F and the hot tub 99F (will send you pictures by message). We had some really cold days and if the heater was not working, the water would be around 60F. I complained to the community management to check why the pool is not reaching around 80F. Thanks for warning us now about the resort cleaning condition. I did not notice it last week, but I will send to the resort management a formal complain about the issues you mentioned. We have the townhouse cleaned, sanitized and deep cleaned regularly. The hard floor is moped and the carpet vacuumed. Carpet has a professional cleaning each 6 months. Next time you can call us to check if there is any cleaning issue in the house and it will be a pleasure to solve it. Maybe behind or below some furniture we missed a detail, but we could solve it during your stay. I checked all bulbs were good before your check-in and we could change any one that burned if it was brought to our attention. The silverware drawer depends on how it is opened, comes off the track. We repaired it many times but if one guest push it to strong, the problem returns. I will try to replace the whole drawer mechanism. I will check the other issues you mentioned and please, next time let us know in advance what is not pleasing you in the house that we can make your stay better. We have good reviews and happy guests too. We, and the house owner care a lot about our guests well being. We are really sorry you did not have that impression.

Hi Russell, I hope you have enjoyed your time in Orlando despite the issues you found. Next time do not hesitate to call us that we will solve the issues with our maintenance crew. 1- We did not find any sewer issue after your check-out. We turned at the same time all showers. We will check again next week. 2- I found the house heater on, set on 70 degrees on the check-out day. The heater is working well, but maybe the day the temperature dropped from 75 to 35, it took some time to reach a comfortable temperature. 3- The water boiler could be set on a higher temperature, if asked. The house has a large electric boiler that fits the house size. Some guests with children set the boiler to a lower and safe temperature and I think it is the reason you have problems with that. I'm sorry we were not aware of that. I have already changed it to 130F. Sorry again for the inconvenience. Best wishes, Alex
