This 5 Bedroom, 3 bath home sleeps 10 adults and 2 children and has beautiful tropical landscaping. Professionally decorated and furnished with all the comforts of home. Bedrooms are 1 king bed & 4 Queen Beds, all mattresses are brand new, custom-made for extra comfort.

Beautiful sunrises and sunsets surround this beach home. Walk barefoot in the soft white sands and swim in the warm gulf waters. After the beach, enjoy a private outside shower and relax on our second floor sun deck with a cocktail and watch the sunset.

This was a great beach house right across the street from the beach and about a 5 min drive or short trolley ride to all of the shops and restaurants on Clearwater Beach. The layout was perfect as a split master and second bedroom on one side of the house and the other three bedrooms on the other side. The pool with lights were very nice in the evening. The place was very clean and we agreed with the no shoes policy as you can easily bring sand in the house. The place was very spacious and comfortable and was perfectly decorated. The location is perfect as North Clearwater Beach is nice and quiet but close enough to all of the action in downtown Clearwater Beach. We would definitely recommend this place. Check-in was easy and the two parking spaces was nice as well.

Our Family absolutely loves this rental. It's not common for us to stay the same place twice, but we just keep returning. Does not disappoint. Great Family Vacation.

House was spacious, bright and clean. Great space for our big family. The walk to the beach was 3 min and we appreciated being on a quieter part of Clearwater. Shops still walkable. Host was very accommodating. Kitchen was stocked. Beds were comfortable. Lots of nice beach gear to use. Pool is small but otherwise no complaints. We would definitely book again. Highly recommended!

Great place for family vacation.

The house was spacious and the heated pool was the best, the little kids played for hours. 2 minute walk to the beach. Stores were also close by.

Amazing Family Vacation Rental

We rented this home for our family of 4 plus Grandma & Grandpa and aunt and uncle. It was plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect with very easy access to the beach. Also walking distance to plenty of restaurants and shops. The home was very clean, updated and comfortable. We had the very best time and would love to return again!

Golf Week

The property was as expected from the pictures. Due to the cold weather we were not able to take advantage of the deck and pool, certainly not something that was due to the property. Managed to have a good time despite the weather.

Perfect for family vacation

This hole was perfect for our family vacation. We have a large group so when we can find a place that holds us all and is so close to beach it a gem. Walk to the beach was very short. Sunsets were amazing. The home and pool were great. It was very clean when we checked in. Host was wonderful at checking in- we had some internet connection issues but host assigned in getting us back online. Rooms were a decent size. We didn’t spend much time on the front porch- too hot but if the weather was cooler it would be have an excellent spot to relax. Beaches were beautiful and not crowded.

Older beach house in a great location

This rental is an older beach house, really only room for 8 adults and some small kids on the trundle bed. Two of the bedrooms are connected so that was an issue for our group. We had a plumbing issue which was addressed promptly. There were lots of mosquitoes in the yard ! The beach was delightful and we used the 4 boogie boards that were provided t was. kbedrooms

Thanks Nell for submitting your review our our beach home I do have some comments. Clearwater Beach is by nature a an old world style community and the majority of homes were constructed in the late 60's its old world charm is one of the reasons guests flock to this area year around. The inside of our home is renovated with all the modern conveniences, from our new kitchen, bedroom sets to leather living room furniture, not to mention flat screen tv's. The plumbing issue you experienced, according to our plumber was caused by one of you guests flushing inappropriate items down the toilet and as you stated was rectified immediately. As far as mosquitos, it had rained a few days during your stay and was unusually humid that week which contributed to the mosquitos, we have since installled mosquito devices just in case we experience that weather in the future. We have two secluded master bedrooms one in the front and one in the rear witha a private entrance to the yard for additional privacy the middle two bedrooms have access to the bathroom in the main hallway so I'm not sure how it was an inconvenience. In addition, the website Clearly states the configuration of the bedrooms: 1 King bed 3 Queen beds 1 bedroom with two size full trundle beds for a total of 10 people. We have owned this home since 2008 and take pride in its appearance, cleanliness, comfort and various acommodations, not to mention, as you stated its proximity to the beach entrance ( approx 30 steps) We hope you and your family enjoyed your stay and would consider returning in the future. Highly recommend!

The house was everything we hoped for! The check in and out process was extremely easy and streamlined. The location in relation to the beach could not be beat. We also enjoyed easy access to the Jolley Trolley and everything Pier 60 had to offer. One con was that the air conditioning system couldn’t keep up with the extreme heat as the day wore on, but there were plenty of ceiling fans to help with air flow. Overall, we couldn’t be more pleased with this house and vacation experience!

Family Vacation

This property was perfect for the stay of my family for the week. The layout of the home provides a feeling of one’s own space all the while being able to be together with the rest of the family. While the beach was conveniently located right across the street and made it easy to get out every day, The pool was a great option for the kids when the adults needed a break from the sun. This location was one of many that were rented between families that came out for this trip. For us, location and walking distance to everyone else was very important and we got that with this property. 10/10 would recommend and would stay again.

Great Location

Overall the location and amount of space that the 12 of us had was awesome! The location to the beach and the main strip of restaurants and shops is really perfect. Since the rental is in a residential area and further north than the hotels, the beach was never crowded and we really enjoyed our stay.

Family vaca 2024

We loved our stay here! You just cross the street to the beach walkway. With the pool/table/chairs out back, the covered front patio, and the rooftop deck there was always a nice place to relax.

Great house for a large group in a perfect location with a beautiful beach

This is our second time staying at this house the location is amazing as you have a beautiful beach that is not busy. However you are close to pier 60 and all the tourist things.. you can walk the beach and be there in 20 minutes or take the Jolly Trolly and be there in 5 minutes.. The house is perfect for a big group.. There was 10 of us 4 grand kids our daughter son their spouses me and my husband. The pool was great for the evenings .. We will be back

Recent visit to Eldorado Avenue in Clearwater

Overall, very good property although we had alot of trouble with the TV and getting cable, etc. TV in one of the bedrooms constantly "no signal". Also, in the kitchen, might I suggest a few more teaspoons and more coffee mugs. There were just enough mugs but always washing them. Only 4 teaspoons, plenty of big spoons though. I am considering the property for next year but would like to see TV improvement. Thanks!!

Hi Pat: Thank you for your recommendations and in sights. I have ordered a complete set of new silverware with extra spoons for service of 12. in addition, we ordered 12 more matching coffee mugs to supplement the existing supply. With regards to the TV, we have arranged for Spectrum to visit and replace all the cable boxes throughout the house as this is one of my pet peaves when I go on vacation. I appologize we had TV issues and would have liked to resolve the issues during your stay. Spring break

Our family booked this house for our spring break trip. The size of the house is great for multiple couples plus kids. The location is great and having the pool is an added bonus. We had a great week and would stay again!

Spring Training Get Away!

We had a wonderful week. Location of house was great for Phillies spring training games in Clearwater & Dunedin. Proximity to beach perfect! Interested in renting again next yr if available. In a few yrs, plan to look for a monthly rental (Feb) to “get out of PA!” and enjoy a month of warm weather & spring training games! Very happy with our week! Enjoyed the beach and the pool. Our group were ages 2-64 and EVERYONE had a great time! Thanks so much!
