Multi Family Spring Break Stay

This was a great place for our 3 families to stay. 3 blocks to the beach. Nice pool. Plenty of beds. Easy communication and quick responses. We would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

Great rental for your large party

The rental was spacious, clean, and included a very stocked kitchen. It was a short walk to the beach, the pool was amazing, and it was great to eat meals together in the big kitchen.

Anniversary Celebration

The property was spotless when we arrived. Important info was posted throughout the house. Pool was great for the kids and the beach was only a few blocks away. Kitchen had enough utensils. Plenty of good restaurants. Would definitely stay here again. Property manager was great to work with.

Florida family vacation

My wife and I took our entire family to Florida for a vacation this year. We were lucky enough to secure this property which fit our needs perfectly. The property was very nice located in a great neighborhood, and very close to the beach. This was perfect for the entire gang, we had a great time and would like to thank you very much. If we come back, we will definitely stay with you again thank you so much Dutton gang.!!

Family Vacation

The house was large enough for our group ( 8 adults and 8 children ), and when we weren’t all together, we each had private space. The home was well equipped - we found anything we needed. We paid for pool heat, and my grandchildren were in it everyday. The extra outdoor spaces were great - the kids spent hours looking for “lizards “! Beach was close, and all the beach gear in the garage was greatly appreciated. Check in and out were very easy. We would definitely consider this rental for our next family trip!! We were very satisfied with everything.

We were a large group meeting the maximum occupancy and everyone had enough space to eat, lounge and play. Hands down, the best stocked kitchen of ANY house or condo we’ve ever stayed in! The proximity to the beach was perfect and the area felt very safe even with our younger kiddos. Beach time rentals were always courteous and very easy to work with...super pleased with the cleanliness of the rental when we arrived!The next time we’re headed to Indian Rocks Beach we plan on staying here again! Great bedroom spaces as well! The kitchen was well-equipped with everything we needed to enjoy large "framily" meals. The pool area was terrific and there were plenty of pool floaties and items supplied. It's a super easy and quick walk to the beach and the street is directly across from a beach access point which was fabulous. We really can't say enough good things about this house!

An Okay Stay

Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: There are things in the rental that are not listed in the description that should be made known to renters. There is a lights off/noise ordiance policy from 10pm-7am. The A/C is capped at 72 degrees in the home. The ice maker doesn't work, so you must buy bagged ice all week. You are not allowed to charge a golf cart on property. The game room is a garage with no A/C, it's too hot to use. The home is dirty, our feet and socks were black within an hour.

GREAT HOUSE AND LOCATION

By far the easiest check/in, check/out process I've been through. House was perfect for our family to gather, cook, and hang out in the living room area. Great location, we loved the neighborhood and how easy it was to walk to the beach or to local bars and restaurants. Plenty of room for us, 11 adults. Love this place!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This rental accommodated our family of 20 with room to spare. Everything was very roomy. Having a pool was a huge asset especially with little kids. The location is great as you can walk back and forth to the beach and a couple pubs and restaurants. A small downfall were the rock hard beds and flat pillows. A mattress topper would of made a big difference. Everyone enjoyed themselves and we'd definitely rent here again.
