-The pool can be heated upon request for an additional fee of $35 per night. Please let us know at least 24 hours in advance if you’d like the pool heated so we can ensure it’s ready for your arrival.
House Rules:

By renting this property, you agree to the following rules:

1. No Parties or Events
Parties, events, and large gatherings are strictly prohibited. Violations may result in immediate cancellation of the reservation with no refund and additional cleaning or damage fees.

2. Quiet Hours
Please respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM to avoid disturbing neighbors.

3. No Smoking
Smoking of any kind (including vaping) is not allowed inside the house. You may smoke outside, but please dispose of cigarette butts properly. A $250 fee will be charged if smoking is detected indoors.

4. Registered Guests Only
Only guests listed in the reservation are allowed on the property unless approved in advance. Unregistered guests may result in a fine or cancellation.

5. Respect the Property
Treat the house as if it were your own. Any damages or excessive mess will be charged to the guest. No pets allowed.

6. Security
Please lock all doors and windows when leaving the house.

7. Parking
Free parking is available on the premises. Please park only in the designated areas and do not block the driveway or neighbors’ areas.

8. Pool Rules:
Use the swimming pool at your own risk. We are not responsible for any accident. Children must be supervised at all times, No glass near the pool. DO NOT TOUCH OR TAMPER WITH THE POOL EQUITMENT.

Pool Heating: Heating the pool is available for an additional $45 per night. Please request this at least 24 hours in advance. The fee is not included in the booking total and will be added separately.

Any violation of these rules may result in immediate cancellation of your stay, a request to vacate the property, and loss of your deposit.
