KC Oasis: Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna

The perfect group retreat! Welcome to our Luxury Oasis. The ultimate relaxation space with a hot tub and a sauna that are open all year and a waterfall pool that's open from May to September. Gather your family and friends for a movie night in our theater room or enjoy a game night by the fireplace with a privately fenced backyard! All furniture is new! Just a 25-minute drive to downtown Kansas City and close to great parks, food, and fun. You'll enjoy the time spent here.

Completely setup with all new furniture and equipment in December 2024! Five 4K TVs, 2-separate living room areas making it ideal for large groups. Home is equipped with board games, toys, and children's books. Both the hot tub and the pool are professionally cleaned weekly.

Access to the entire home. The garage is also available if needed for your vehicle, please let us know and we will try to accommodate you.

ATTENTION: No lifeguards on duty, children are not allowed in the pool area without adult supervision.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.

One of the best family vacations ! The home is perfect for a large family get together. We made great use of the volleyball set, pool, jacuzzi, games, high chair and theatre. The hosts have been wonderful to work with and take great care of the house. There is even a sauna which was perfect for unwinding after long days with grandkids! We hope to return soon. Forever grateful for these family memories.

This property was a huge disappointment. Large area rugs in home curled up at edges creating safety hazards for tripping. The hot tub was dirty, murky, and had brown scum above water line. Swimming pool was dirty and murky as well. Carpet going upstairs was dirty and black scuff marks on walls. The oven worked but the digital numbers were are flashing insanely. The kitchen was poorly equipped for utensils and kitchen tools. This home supposedly sleeps 13 but only had 7 forks and fewer spoons. Salt was the only one condiment. Sauna temp never made it above 98 degrees so wasn’t used. Bedding, especially pillows were pathetic. Flat pillows. Lumpy pillows. Raggedy bath towels. Not enough toilet paper. The outside property was very worn and furniture and chase lounge chairs worn. This property needs a complete update. It is old and worn and unsafe. Don’t waste your money here. The host was not helpful. Did nothing to remedy issues. When I used duck tape to tape edges of rug after one guest tripped and fell I was told I would have to pay for extra cleaning of residue left from tape. I am a nurse and area rugs that dirt u like this are a terrible hazard. Get rid of the rugs or face a lawsuit. This is a highly expensive property due to SPA OASIS theme. What a joke. Don’t rent this property unless you are prepared to be disappointed and ripped off.
