The three spacious bedrooms, all with smart TVs, include two open to the patio. The open-concept home seamlessly connects to the patio, and the fully stocked kitchen is perfect for a wonderful family or romantic dinner. Plus, take a quick ride out to the open water to wherever you decide.

The Master bedroom has a 65-inch Smart TV, and the two guest bedrooms have a 55-inch Smart TV with free Prime and local channels.
Each bed has comfy pillows and bedding for an excellent night`s sleep.

This marvelous Bokeelia home offers everything you need for a relaxing vacation. It`s ideal for family fun or a romantic getaway with three spacious bedrooms, two bathrooms, and an open-concept living space. The master bedroom features an ensuite bathroom with a large walk-in shower, while two additional bedrooms open directly to the patio, giving the home a true resort-style feel.
The home is fully stocked with kitchen essentials, including spices, oils, coffee, storage baggies, foil, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash—providing all the comforts of home.
Step outside to the southern-facing patio with a saltwater pool, perfect for soaking up the Florida sunshine and enjoying serene sunrises and sunsets. Nestled on a quiet cul-de-sac, the home sits on a peaceful canal with minimal neighbors and no homes behind it, offering ultimate privacy.

For added fun, Charlie`s of Bokeelia provides two kayaks with life jackets, a cornhole set, playing cards, and a 4-person pickleball set for a fun day at Phillips Community Park. The kids will love the nearby park and pool, ensuring endless entertainment for the whole family.

Use of the boat hoist incurs an additional cost of $450.00, and you must provide your boat`s weight, width, and length with your request for approval of the hoist by the manager.

The private boat ramp for our community is available but requires a $250.00 key deposit, which is fully refundable upon return of the key after checkout.

Your pet must be pre-approved by the host, and if you have a service dog, we still need to know the dog`s information. You will be charged an additional $100.00 for cleaning required for your service dog or pet, as it requires more time and extended cleaning. You must also curb after each time. Please keep them off all furniture. If they swim, just clean the filter daily.
