Stylish, Spacious & Dog-Friendly Studio Cottage

This is not your average studio! Fully renovated and thoughtfully designed with your complete comfort and enjoyment in mind. This spacious, accessible and private studio offers attention to detail and quality furnishings and amenities throughout. You will not be disappointed!

The space:

Completely renovated in 2021, this adorable, spacious (624 sq ft) AND accessible studio cottage feels like it's been here forever. A partition wall separates the bedroom from the living area, affording some privacy and space.

The living room features vaulted ceilings, an indoor/outdoor fireplace, kitchenette (no stove but there is a toaster oven/air fryer and hot plate with necessary items for making simple meals), dry bar and a 55" Smart TV. Many of the furnishings are from West Elm and much of the art was made locally. After a long day at the beach you can relax on the large covered porch and fire up the gas grill for a casual meal.

Conveniently located - just a short drive to downtown Rehoboth or Lewes, all the beaches (approx. 4 miles+/-), a ton of great restaurants, tax-free shopping, the gorgeous Breakwater Bike trail and everything else this lovely coastal region has to offer. I'm here to make your stay easy and effortless. Need something or have a question? I'll do my best to provide, answer or point you in the right direction.

We love animals! Pet friendly for friendly and well-behaved pets (dogs only). DOG SITTING/WALKING SERVICES NOW AVAILABLE (subject to availability). If interested, let me know and I will provide you with more information.

Fire pit area is communal/shared space. Outside shower is private for your use only.

A portion of all proceeds on this listing will be donated to the Southern Delaware Alliance for Racial Justice.

You will receive an email just before your visit with parking, access and logistical information. Any questions not answered, just ask and I'll get back to you, often within the hour.

Other things to note:

Friendly, well-behaved dogs are always welcome. I love cats, but this is not a cat-friendly space.

I love hosting and meeting new people and look forward to providing an exceptional space for you to enjoy a little time away from the mundane. Although I'm not always on site, I'm almost always available to answer questions, provide recommendations or address a need (as best I can). If I'm not free, I make sure there is someone available who can be helpful. I'm originally from outside NYC (North Jersey) but have lived in the Lewes and Rehoboth area for 35 years+. I still can't call myself local though - I'm not a Beebe baby. :-)

What I love most about my location is that it's convenient to almost everything that brings you to Rehoboth or Lewes - a short drive to the beaches, the restaurants and the shopping. Although the property is on a busy road, my backyard (and the orientation of the cottage) is very private and feels a little like you are in a country setting.

この宿泊施設の特徴

The cottage is a cozy, stylish and well appointed little studio get-away that will allow you to enjoy the beach with your fur-babies, if desired. The fireplace is lovely during the colder months and the outside covered patio is delightful when it's warm. It is close to everything but far enough away to not be in "the middle of the madness". It is perfect for a couple or young family but will accommodate up to 4 adults with the pull-out sofa, if you don't mind sharing space.
