You will love this bright open condo, with a vaulted ceiling in the family room.There are gleaming wood floors throughout the main living areas. The large wrap around 3 season room has a large sitting area along with a table for dining with beautiful pond views. The master suite features a large walk in closet and master bath with the guest bedrooms & bathroom on the opposite side. Plantations is a beautiful community with green space, ponds, mature landscaping and walking paths.

Loved the Clean Rooms. Spacious also. My family visited from New Hampshire and had a great time. They loved sitting on the porch - just talking and catching up. This is our third time using this VRBO, and will definitely use it again. Thank you.

Nice, spacious, pet friendly condo. The porch was lovely in the winter and I bet it’s even better in the summer. 2 full size refrigerators is very helpful.

This was our second year renting this condo which is perfect for our needs. It is comfortable and close to everything. The host was helpful in helping us switch dates when we needed to adjust our original reservation.

The property was in a great location. I only needed to reach out to the host once during my stay and he was very responsive. The property was very pet friendly, even had toys and poop bags, in case we'd forgotten them. I would definitely stay in this condo again and would recommend it to others.

Relaxing stay!

Relaxing,clean and quiet environment made for a great vacation! Bright and spacious wrap around porch. Comfortable and spacious bedrooms with bathrooms, right off of them. With an equipped a kitchen for cooking needs/storage. even went out for a walk a couple mornings, and the neighbors are very friendly!

Beautiful location

Quiet, clean, roomy. The perfect place for our family vacation to Lewes/Rehoboth. It was close to everything while offering some peace and privacy. Check in and out were very easy. Would stay again!

Beautiful condo!

We were coming to DE for a family anniversary party. We wanted to rent a pet friendly rental so we could bring our young pooch with us. The condo was beautiful and plenty of room for our entire family plus our pooch. Would definitely recommend!!

Very nice place

My family enjoyed staying here. The location was perfect as it was close to the venue, and to my brother’s house. The accommodations were clean and comfortable. It was unfortunate that it was pollen season, we couldn’t utilized the big screened in porch. The kitchen was stocked sufficiently, we did cook there, but there was no usable baking pan, so purchased a throw away one. I have gotten used to traveling with my own pan for breakfast, and spatula. The AC was comfortable, it was easy to get into the house with the lockbox. This is a second floor apartment and I didn’t read that clearly, it wasn’t a big deal, but the picture in the description looks like you are staying in a house, this is a condo complex. So it was a bit unexpected. We all had a good time, I would stay here again.

Property was clean, and accommodatingWould have liked to communicate with the Property Management people as we had a hard time getting the living room tv to work properly. Otherwise , quiet few days from the hustle and bustle of the real world. Found Dumpster found across courtyard. Walking difficulty.

Family Event

This was my first vacation rental with my 2 sets of married children and we were there for an extended family event. The apt was clean, quiet and comfortable. Being a city person, you realize the necessity of having a car here!

Pleasantly Surprised!

I scheduled a last minute quick 2-night getaway to celebrate the end of school for our two children. I loved we were able to bring our dog as the host allowed over 20 pounds (which is hard to find). The rooms were plenty spacious, kitchen fully stocked, lots of games/ puzzles/ activities to do together. The location was also perfect for us. We liked be tucked back in a private community, which was very quiet at night. We had an amazing time!
