Welcome to the Mondrian Manor in the lower Catskill mountains. This stylish, quiet getaway is a freestanding cottage that includes a private deck and a separate bedroom. Just one hour and forty-five minutes from New York City it has access to many hiking trails, Sam's Point/Ice Caves, Blue Cliff Monastery, unique eateries, and concert venues including Bethel Woods. With a comfortable workspace it will be great for someone needing to finish a project or anyone wanting a peaceful respite.

NOTE Vegetarian Property - The owners ask that no meat be cooked on the property. Pre-cooked meat may be consumed.

This is a rural property. If you expect a late arrival know that supplies and restaurants will be a minimum of 15-20 minutes away that that many restaurants aren't open late. Plan accordingly. The owners are happy to assist with suggestions.

The space was immaculate and very well-organized; everything you need for a low maintenance, quiet stay is packaged neatly into this uniquely themed home. Tracy and Danny provided an excellent environment for peace and privacy, making it difficult to want to leave the property. Beautiful surroundings with greenery, water, and wildlife; the kitchen had the staples along with a nice welcome basket; great water pressure/temperature, comfortable A/C & ventilation, cozy features for lounging inside and outside the house, and seamless communication the whole time. Couldn't have asked for a more pleasant experience :)
