We are Modern Midstay, a Denver hospitality company, that owns & operates 50+ furnished apartments in City Park, Cheesman Park, Cap Hill, and Wash Park.
We offer 1 to 12 month furnished rentals for travel nurses, relocations to/from Denver, remote workers, and others exploring the city for a few months.

The Space:
Unit #4 @ 1240 N York St is a 525 sqft basement 1BR with direct access from the front patio. WFH workspace in the den. No dishwasher, but large sink with drying rack.

* 3 blocks to Cheesman Park and Botanic Gardens. 4 blocks to City Park
* 5 minute drive to Sprouts Farmers Market, Ideal Market, Whole Foods & King Soopers
* 5 minutes to Cherry Creek Shopping District
* 12 minutes to downtown Denver, RiNo, and LoHi
* 30 minutes to Red Rocks. 1 hour 30 minutes to ski resorts
* Nearby hospitals: 7 minutes to St Joseph, Presbyterian St Lukeâs, and Rose. 20 minutes to UC Health University of CO and Childrenâs Hospital CO
WHAT WE LOVE ABOUT THE APARTMENT
* Newly renovated and furnished by our designer (Spring 2022)
* Comfy queen bed and linens and stocked kitchen
* Communal back deck, grill and outdoor dining table, and fenced in backyard
* Safe and walkable neighborhood

* All utilities, parking & internet included. $150+/month value
* Fast internet! 300mgps download, 10mgps upload. Shared router may or may not be in-unit
* Smart TV, so you can use your own streaming service. No cable
* Free communal laundry in the basement
Guest Access:
PARKING: 1 dedicated parking space per apartment. Street parking is free and available on our block. NOTE: York St is a busier 2 lane road, so thereâs always cars driving by, but weâve never had a problem finding a spot on the block.
Your parking space is labeled 4S
LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement. The basement is accessed from the back yard.
HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from two thermostats and heating zones for the building. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans.

LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $3/dog/night. Please add your dog to the reservation, so VRBO can collect the pet rent. Pet rent for second dog (if approved) will be collected separately.
INTERACTION WITH GUESTS: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team is available during business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
