The Space: Unit #3 @ 2805 E 16th Ave is a 375 sqft Studio on the 1st floor back half of the building. Tons of natural light from large west-facing windows throughout, large kitchen, and WFH workspace in the bedroom/den. Enjoy a coffee or a glass of wine from the bistro set on your semi-private balcony off the kitchen!

Guest Access: FREE STREET PARKING: On our immediate block, it's limited to 2 hours from 8am-6pm Monday through Friday, but unlimited on nights, weekends, and holidays. On adjacent blocks, it’s unlimited, free parking. Apply for a 90 day parking pass to park in the 2 hour zone directly in front of the building without restrictions.
LAUNDRY: Shared, free laundry is in the basement.
HEATING & COOLING: Host controls central heat from a single thermostat for the building's steam boiler system. Guests control window AC units and ceiling and tower fans.

Getting Around: The property is an easy 30 to 40 minute Uber from the Denver International Airport. You're a 10-15 minute Uber ride to anywhere in the city. Check out rtd-denver .com or the RTD My Ride app for the bus and light rail routes and schedules.

LEASE: Per Denver's leasing rules, we require a lease agreement that we'll e-sign with all guests upon booking to confirm your stay.
PET RENT: We are dog friendly, but have a strict no cats policy. Pet rent is $90/dog/month. Please add your dog to the reservation, so Airbnb can collect the pet rent.
Interaction with Guests: We have a guest manager and a property manager who manage over 50 apartments and guests across central Denver. Our team is available over Airbnb during business hours and outside them in case of an emergency.
