Welcome to this little slice of heaven on the beautiful Guadalupe River! This one-acre RIVER FRONT cabin is located just outside of Tivoli Tx. off HWY 35. This is a great opportunity for you and your family to experience a one-of-a-kind camping adventure. The fishing here is excellent year round and the outdoor activities are limitless. For you avid fishermen/women you can expect to catch catfish, gar, carp and even redfish and black drum! Close to beautiful Rockport Texas, a tourist favorite!

The property offers a tiny cabin "River Bunkie" that sleeps 2. There are 2 R.V. sites (1) 30 amp, (1) 50 amp and multiple 110v hookups for a travel trailer. Amenities include carport/ shade cover, picnic table, BBQ pit, fire pit and a 300W fishing light for night fishing. We also have a kayak for you and your family to enjoy.
Our prices include all fees. No hidden fees.
