The house was beautiful, with a lovely view and access to the lake! The gathering spaces and beds were cozy and comfortable, and the master bathroom was amazing!! We enjoyed several hours hanging out by the lake, chatting on the deck, and soaking in the hot tub. The kitchen table and living room space were perfect for group dinners and lots of cards and board games! The kitchen was spacious and great for prepping many kinds of meals and snacks. We really enjoyed the little extras - shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion, and welcome basket goodies. As well as the stocked kitchen and pantry, with all the cookware, dishes, and foils/wraps/baggies we could need. Our host was kind, flexible and very responsive. We’d love to return to this house again!

Very nice house with a beautiful view. It had everything we needed. Lots of fun games to play and water toys also. Nelson was very easy to communicate with. We would definitely stay here again.

Place was amazing. House was so nice and smelled so good. Hot tub was the best so relaxing and veiws of the lake from it was great. Property owners was so easy to deal with and helpful throughout the stay. Would most definitely recommend this place and we will continue to stay here anytime we want to visit the lake. This is a very nice home and centrally located on the private side of Lake Anna. Communication with the owner was excellent. We brought our boat with us on this trip and took advantage of the private dock and community launch. We'enjoyed our stay very much and were already talking about our next trip to return.

We could not have asked for a better place to spend Labor Day weekend. The house was very nicely appointed with many “toys” to keep everyone busy and entertained. The property is also well-kept including the great boat house. Communication with the owner was excellent, one of the best Vrbo experiences we have had, couldn’t have asked for more.

We had an absolute blast during our stay, and everything from start to finish was truly top-notch. The photos on the listing simply do not do this beautiful property justice, as every room and view was flawless in person. We spent our days relaxing out on the water using the provided kayaks and SUP boards, and the fishing was incredible; we even managed to catch several largemouth bass and some massive catfish. The thoughtful touches, like the welcome basket and Keurig coffee pods, made us feel right at home immediately. Fast internet kept the kids connected and allowed the adults to stream movies seamlessly in the evenings. On top of it all, the host was super responsive and polite. Overall, a complete 10 out of 10 experience!

Wonderful stay on the warm side of the lake. We celebrated the 4th of July as well as our son’s 15th birthday with a few of friends and we were welcomed with a special 4th of July welcome basket. Such a nice touch! The boys loved the kayaks and paddle boards and the basement game room! We are Freedom Boat Club members so it was super close to hop over each day to pick up our ski boat or pontoon. The house was super clean and the beds were super comfy! We would love to come back again and stay!!!

Beautiful and clean lake house with many activities to keep the family occupied. We spent our days kayaking on the lake, and our evenings playing corn hole, ping pong, or relaxing in the hot tub. Communication with the host was wonderful. He always answered quickly and was very helpful. We had a wonderful vacation. If another trip to Lake Anna is in our future, we will definitely see if this house is available again.

This is a family run rental. I am a firefighter and my wife is a teacher. We live in the Fredericksburg area and enjoy going to the lake with family and friends.

Por qué escogió este alojamiento

This home offers a private retreat where you can enjoy the lake or just relax with some peace and quiet away from the busyness and work. This neighborhood is a brief five minute drive from a fully stocked convenience store and in the other direction is a five minute drive from a local Mexican restaurant on the water. This neighborhood and location provides an escape from some of the busier areas of the lake while still being just a short drive to restaurants and grocery stores.

Qué hace que este alojamiento sea especial

This waterfront home offers stunning views of the lake, as well as a two-story sun deck, and a dock to fish from. There is a fire pit near the water that is restocked after every visit. Paddle boards, kayaks, and a paddle boat are available for guests to enjoy the lake with. The hot tub seats seven and is a great way to unwind at the end of the day. The basement has a foosball table, a ping-pong table, a dartboard, and two arcade game machines.
We have cornhole boards and a ladder ball game that can be played in the lawn. If the weather does not cooperate, there is a garage that doubles as a social gathering area and is large enough to play cornhole or ladder ball inside.
Basic toiletries are provided to include toilet paper, paper towels, each bathroom comes stocked with individual shampoo, conditioner, and soap.
