Great stay for a bachelorette

This property was exactly what we needed! Very roomy, beautiful kitchen area, and amazing outdoor space for an outside dinner. 2 minute walk from the boardwalk. Highly recommend!!

Sand Castle Doesn't disappoint!!

This is our second year renting this property for our annual family vacation!! We absolutely love the house and its proximity to the boardwalk and beach!! The home is amazing for a family gathering!! Love this home!

I loved the house the location, everything about the home. Beautiful view, natural lighting throughout the day as well as a breeze. Maintenance was very accommodating arriving within minuets of our call about our ac that was froze and got it working immediately. Andrea was amazing with all her help as well. I love this place and will definitely be going back!

Walked into dirty socks under bed another pair on the deck paper behind fire place in third floor bdrm second floor bedroom with queen bed door wouldn’t close hinges unscrewed I put in tooth picks n fixed it myself Second floor bunk bed rooms same problem. Great location - close to beach and boardwalk. lots to do for kids and adults of all ages

House was perfect size for 10 of us. Kitchen newly renovated. Would recommend getting more counter space in the kitchen. Only minor complaint is the washer machine. It does not work properly. Other than that would recommend!

Nice Property but not Perfect.

We had a nice stay in Seaside but there are some things to watch out for. I'll fairly mention all pros and cons. Pros: Two Blocks from Beach and boardwalk is very convenient. Lots of food options within walking distance. Owner is very responsive and answered any and all questions. Check in is a breeze since I didn't have to go anywhere, just walk into house. Multiple refrigerators is very helpful. Deck off kitchen is very nice and a good hangout area. Doesn't have central air but a ton of split systems keeps the whole house very cool. Cons: Bedrooms and bathrooms are very small. Sinks in bathrooms are smaller then any sink I've ever seen. water spashes on your clothes just from turning sink on. Shower on first floor is very weak. We could not use it and everyone showered in the top two floors. Cleaning company did not do a good job. Sinks and showers were not super clean. Hair in showers, toothpaste residue in sinks, floor and countertops somewhat clean but still had some crumbs. Do not pull out a bed from wall, under bed was pretty gross. Middle of one day, we had to let workers in the house to change out some furniture.

Great last minute beach trip

I know how tough it is trying to find a last minute rental down the shore in jersey. I’ve been renting for the past 20 years. This year was so busy for everyone I wasn’t able to book a family vacation. So, instead I desperately tried to get my family a place for the last long weekend of the summer before they all had to go back to school. I tried my go to rentals but were all booked. I struck out everywhere. Finally, I came across your website and to my surprise had shown there was an availability for the weekend. I have a big family so I need a big house 4-5 bedrooms with a pool a block from the beach or closer. I actually emailed the owners to make sure the dates were available. I got a confirmation within minutes and I booked the house. Once I arrived I was more than surprised that the house was exactly as the posting advertised. I’ve rented some shady looking shore homes in the past. Some people post photos from 5 years earlier and once getting there I was very disappointed the grill won’t light or air conditioning is too weak. The classic bait and switch. This house, rooms, 2nd and 3rd floor decks were incredible. There were split units in each room and were ice cold. There was two refrigerators and a third mini on the first floor. The grill worked and lit perfectly. The pool was clean and well maintained. My son and I swam each day and it was so nice having the whole pool to ourselves. I am looking forward to renting this home for a much longer time in 2024 season.

will not stay again

pros: 1. location is convenient, walking distance to the beach 2. manager responds to email fast, and is accommodating 3. interior decoration is pleasant. cons: 1. bathrooms are extremely small. We are all physically fit, but I would imagine that an overweight person would barely fit into the bathroom on the third floor. The sink on the third floor has zero counter space for anything. We also couldn't use the shower on the first floor because the water flow was extremely slow. 2. Rooms on the first and second floors are also very small. 3. Website says many parking spaces but there are actually only two spots. And they are in tandem so the inside car cannot go without moving the outside car. 4. Two much hidden fee. The sheets, blankets, bath towels are not provided, so we need to pay another ~$500 to rent these for a five-bedroom house. 5. The linen and batch renting website is misleading to make us believe that it is for purchase. $500 for "Renting" "disposable" linen, blankets and towels! 6. we got overcharged for the linen and towel package. Refund was given but had I not paid attention to the invoice we would have overpaid. 6. There is a pool but it is so small and it is shared with neighbors so there was no chance for us to use it. Overall not very happy experience. Definitely will not stay there again.

A Memorable Time

This property is in an excellent location for accessing the beach by walk and ample municipal parking right around the corner if needed. This was a group of girls staying for 3 nights after graduation. We had a few hiccups but management and the office did an excellent job of communicating and addressing the concerns. We would recommend this property for the future.

The Blue House

This was our 1st time using Vrbo. This house was conveniently located to the beach, the boardwalk and Casino Pier. The pool is small for 3 rentals to share but the area around for outside play was nice. SAL was very helpful when needed and fixed the a/c issue we had. The only downside was the kitchen dining area was on one floor and the sofa living area was on another and the awkwardness of the washer dryer doors.

No person or family owns this house

I believe this property is owned by a real estate agency. It has 3 floors with extremely steep stairs up to the master bedroom hard for an older person like and impossible for a small dog. Second floor has no lounging area and first floor has a sofa barely fitting 4 people. There was no salt no dish towels no plastic wrap. Just be advised you have to bring everything. Not good for a family with small kids and even less small. Good location tho.

We loved that the doors from the kitchen opened to the deck, and there was so much seating inside and out...it was perfect for meals! The beach was beautiful and a quick walk!

Having breakfast on the deck!!!

My family and I had an absolutely amazing time!! We will deff be coming back! Had 3 meals outside in the beautiful view and weather... check in was amazing and contactless, everything clean and beautiful. I had the master bedroom on the 3rd floor I can’t describe how beautiful it was with my own personal deck! Nick was so kind and awesome even gave us a great spot for pizza! Amazing price for the incredible experience!

Perfect for large families!

The location is great! I enjoyed the pool. The second level deck was especially nice in the afternoon when it was shaded. The people I dealt with Sal, Chuck and Sue were pleasant and service oriented. The table in the kitchen was a great size. All 12 of us were able to sit together for our main meal. It was a real convenience to have a full bathroom on each floor. The air conditioning was the best! The blinds on the windows on the second floor dining area are an excellent idea. The televisions were nice to have. Things that could be improved: Provide linens. Have a cabinet under the sink in the first floor bathroom. Have an outside shower (not near the electrical outlet). Remove the fussball table from the downstairs living room in favor of another couch so more people could gather there. Add a bit more counter space in the kitchen. Hot plate in the downstairs kitchen wasn't working. Some things it would be hard to change. First floor bedroom on the right is really cramped. Laundry room is cramped as well (but glad to have washer/dryer). I meant to mention that there's a lot of junk in the second floor gutter. Bottles mostly. They were there when we arrived.

From the linen delivery service, and all the accomodations made for us being off-season, we could not have asked for a better rental! Close to everything, and a half block off the main street.... could not have asked for more! Thank you for making this a memorable family reunion weekend!

Single family Home rentals with pools usually start at much higher rates. This property offers two shared pools that offers our guests access to both pools at rates nearly 50% below homes with a private pools. Since Guests prefer the ocean beaches and in Town award winning water park, pools are have low occupancy and provides a private setting among other nice families and children.
