Great stay!

Had a great long weekend at this house. Plenty of space and a really great outdoor area with a pool, barbecue, games, and seating. Ample parking and walkable to Seaside Heights.

This house was a great space for two families with teens to stay. The upstairs served as a very nice hang out spot for the teens. Plenty of bathrooms for everyone. Could have been cleaner.

We go to the Shore the same time every year and by far, this has been the best experience we have had. The two separate living space allowed my son and his friends to come and go and enjoy themselves independent of us. The pools and views were great and we were able to see fireworks all over. We will definitely return and recommend Lazy River to our friends and family. Great place.

Great accommodations

Clean well maintained shire home. This is the 3rd year our group has stayed here for the February Polar Plunge weekend and we’ll never look anywhere else. So much space and feels like being at home. Check in and check out are simple and they manager is always responsive if needed. I would highly rec omens this property for a shore getaway.

Family Vacation

This property is as listed. It was very accommodating for our large family with lots of room. The two pools were nice for the little kids. It’s in a nice location right off the highway. The beach and boardwalk is in walking distance and if you want to go to Seaside Park for the beach it’s also less than 1 mile and an easy drive. The communication was great via VRBO app and in person. Would stay here again and recommend to other friends and family.

The house was nice but the experience was enhanced greatly by the personal presence and assistance of Andrea Tuite who streamlined check-in and checkout as well as answering all 200 of my annoying questions! Thanks! The owner also assisted with local access requests. Great vacation. Thanks All!

House was beautiful.Everything was as the host had listed except was supposed to have 2 futons, we had none. And not enough pots an pans or dishes for as many people as the house sleeps. Overall would definitely use Lazy River Rentals again. Thank you for a great vacation.

The house was very spacious, nice and clean. The process to check in was fast and simple. The location is great a few blocks to beach and boardwalk.

We had 3 families staying. All had a great time. The pictures did not do this house justice. Beautiful and spacious. Andrea, the lady in the office was the best. She was like family. Best vacation property I’ve rented yet. Thank you.

Great pool but House needs some upgrades.

Place was nice but could use some updating. Beds were horrible. Too hard. Needs King size bed in master room. Kitchen was not equipped enough with cooking pots/pans and mixing bowls. Bathrooms on main floor need larger vanity’s to put your personal belongings on. Kitchen table was wobbly and stained. Needs new and more dressers in bedrooms.

We are located just minutes away from the famous Seaside Heights Boardwalk, Water Park Ocean and Bay Beaches. Fishing & Crabbing Docks and two new Piers of rides and attractions!

Single family Home rentals with pools usually start at much higher rates. This property offers two shared pools that offers our guests access to both pools at rates nearly 50% below homes with a private pools. Since Guests prefer the ocean beaches and in Town award winning water park, pools are have low occupancy and provides a private setting among other nice families and children.

A destination that Families have been coming back year for generations.. Historic Seaside Heights has become famous for its nearly 2 miles of ocean front Boardwalk that combines, arcades, games, rides and even wheels of chance to win prices, toys & candy. Known for its eateries & restaurants all along the Boardwalk including some favorites, Kohrs Ice Cream, Midway Steak & Sausage ; Clams on the Half Shell & New York style Pizza. Don’t forget the candy Shops with the Red Candy Apples, Chocolates, Cotton Candy and the famous Salt Water Taffy.

Fun does not stop on the Boardwalk. Seaside heights has nearly 7 ocean beaches to choose from including Island Beach State Park that is home to one of Nation Geographic designated “worlds best Beachs”. At night enjoy Fireworks on the Beach every Summer Wednesday Night, Movies on the beach every Monday Night and great Music Entertainment.

Right off the Boardwalk, enjoy Breakwater beach Water Park with its own wave pool, slides, kids park and of course our famous Lazy River. Go Carts & Mini Golf is also just steps away and have become great family fun.
