Esta es nuestra casa recién remodelada que esperamos poder ofrecerle una experiencia inolvidable.

Esta hermosa North Scottsdale casa es un conjunto perfecto para entretener y relajarse. Esta casa tiene un bonito patio trasero establecido para barbacoa y disfrutar de las puestas de sol, con una gran zona de hierba, y árboles de cítricos.

Una remodelación completa, y cocina totalmente equipada con todos los electrodomésticos para cocinar. Tenemos nuevos colchones en todas las habitaciones ~ 3 camas de matrimonio y una cama de matrimonio! Perfecto para dormir 8 cómodamente.

Nuestra casa está ubicada en un barrio acogedor, con vecinos muy amigables. Sin embargo, todavía cerca de todo lo que te puedas imaginar. Estaría encantado de proporcionarle algunos de mis restaurantes locales favoritos.

Situado en el corazón de Scottsdale, nuestra casa está a 5 minutos del barrio de Scottsdale, Kierland, y Paradise Valley Mall, ya 7 minutos de Desert Ridge. Muy cerca de tiendas, campos de golf y autopistas.

Very nice and quiet place!

We really enjoyed our stay at this home. It was clean, well kept and quiet w a nice back yard. Would definitely stay there again!

Wonderful Stay

Holly was very accommodating. The house is clean, we'll equipped and maintained. We really enjoyed the floor plan which worked great for my wife and two kids. We stayed for 4 days while our house was being remodeled and had a very pleasant time. I would definitely recommend this place and stay again if the opportunity presents.

Home had way to much personal stuff, but not a coffee pot, and no outdoor furniture as pictured, the owner agreed to a credit and only gave half of what was agreed on. The closets were FULL of the homeowners things so we couldn't use them, closets off limits was added to description after us. Last but not least they had put stained blankets on the couch, the only seating by the way, if I am paying That much a night and you do not want me to sit directly on the couch, REALLY. The owner was out of town and unable to help us with any issues we had.

First of all, I apologize this didn't meet my guests expectations. I am always trying to improve my home after each stay based on feedback. I also reach out to all of my guests before their arrival to see if they have any special requests that I can accommodate. I love my home very much, and have a few family photos. I would have been happy to remove them, except I was away for military training. I don't drink coffee so it never crossed my mind to get a coffee pot, as none of my past guests had mentioned it. Therefore, I went and bought the newest keurig coffee maker for my future guests. All of the beds and bedding in my house are brand new to accommodate my guests. I normally do a walk-thru of my home after my house cleaner comes, but I wasn't able to this time because of my military training. Therefore, I didn't know there was a stain on one of the blankets on the couch. I told my guests she could put it on the floor. My patio furniture got ruined by the Arizona weather so I donated it, and ordered new furniture, but there was a delay in shipping so I apologized and gave my guests a credit. As for the closet space, I have my personal belongings in the master closet and ask that it is off limits, however, there is space in the closets in the guests bedrooms, as well as empty brand new dressers in the guest rooms. I appreciate the feedback, and will always try to make things right. I normally get raving reviews on other sites from my guests, and they leave me very kind handwritten notes when they depart. I regret that I was away during this stay, and couldn't make their experience more pleasant.

A Week in the sun

This property is gorgeous. Everything you could want/need was available for use. The fruit trees in the backyard were an added bonus. We just enjoyed ourselves immensely. Thank you Holly

Clean, comfortable, home. Best oranges and lemons I’ve ever had from trees in the yard. Nice neighborhood. Very well stocked kitchen. Holly was a wonderful hostess. Instantly responsive at all times and very pleasant to deal with. We will probably try to stay again when we come down next year (and hopefully there are actually some Spring Training games).

This experience has been extremely amazing. Holly even left toys and books for my twin toddlers , so very thoughtful of her . She went the extra mile to make our stay as comfortable as possible . If ever I visit again I’m staying at her house , no where else.

Everything was great. Sign up, check in and attention to some minor questions were all handled in excellent fashion by our host Holly. Perfect home to recuperate after surgery at Mayo

My daughter was having 2 surgeries at Mayo, 1 week apart. This home was minutes away from Mayo, and centrally located to shopping which made it perfect. The home was very comfortable for the 2 of us. Holly was wonderful to work with, and got back to us immediately when we had questions. We definitely would stay here again.

Great Family Home with Secluded Yard

We stayed in this home over our Grandson's Spring break during the last week of March. We had six adults, plus an 8 year old and 18 month old. It was a little tight for that many, but the wonderful back yard gave us room to spread out and an area for the kids to play. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and utensils for every need. The house was clean and comfortable, and the owner, Holly, was responsive to all our questions. The house is conveniently located near all that Scottsdale has to offer.

Spring Break vacation

The house is in good location, close to shopping areas and hiking places. It is a relatively quiet neighborhood and neighbors are very quiet. The house has some orange, grapefruit, and lemon trees, which I believe you can pick some for your consumption while you stay there. Kitchen is nice and appliances are in very good working conditions. Few things can be improved: 1. the couch in the living room needs to be changed. The backside of it damaged and a sheet needs to be on it before you can really use it. The house doesn't have a real AC. The ceiling fans are nice but they don't cool the house like an AC.

Great house!!

Our stay could not have been better. Clean home with everything you need to be comfortable. Great kitchen, baths and good quality beds. The location is perfect with close proximity to everything in Scottsdale. Wonderful back yard with lush grass which is a pleasant surprise for a stay in the desert. Slice of Paradise! 

This home was a perfect fit for our family! The home is well-equipped with everything to make you feel at home. I've stayed at many VRBOs, and this was by far the best. Pictures don't do justice. The location felt very safe with easy access to everywhere we wanted to go. Holly was an absolute delight to work with! I would highly recommend this home for a great, relaxing getaway!

I give my highest recommendation for this house. You can't beat the price for the quality and cleanliness of this house. We had such a wonderful experience and are looking forward to staying here again in the future. Holly was great to work with and went out of her way to make us feel at home. There's lots of beds, sitting areas and a fully stocked kitchen for cooking. You really can't beat the location of this house. It is close to EVERYTHING and a steal for the area it's in. There were so many delicious restaurants in the area that we enjoyed. We also loved having fresh fruit from all the trees in the backyard. We enjoyed all the personal touches on the home and the setup of the bedrooms. We are so happy we had the opportunity stay here and really can't say enough great things about this house. Holly, thank you for your kindness and for being such a great host. We're looking forward to coming back again soon.

Loved loved loved this place! I can’t say enough good things about it. The house and rooms were super comfortable and very nice. The outside yard is awesome! We spent our evenings bbqing and hanging out. The beds and comforters look like they’re brand new and were very comfortable. A huge plus is that the kitchen was stocked with everything to cook with. You can’t find a better deal than this. I highly recommend this house and really can’t say enough good things about our experience. Holly was such a gracious host and so nice to work with. She is a military professional and it shows in the cleanliness all the small details throughout the house. I can’t wait to come back and stay here again! Thanks for sharing your beautiful home with our family.

Amazing place! You couldn't do better if you tried!

My family and I stayed at this property for 5 days and it was absolutely perfect. Its just a short drive from amazing shopping and dining and the property itself is beautiful. The house is incredibly well kept, the beds and showers are spectacular and the backyard is great for relaxing in the evening after a long hot day in Arizona. We highly recommend this place and will be staying here again if we are ever in Scottsdale. Thanks Holly!
