Gorgeous Beaver Creek 2 bed 2 bath condo at the Lodge at Brookside

Our condo is an easy walk to the free Beaver Creek shuttle bus. It overlooks the Eagle River. It is on the Eagle River walking/bike path which connects to both Avon and Edwards. Short distance to Avon's free shuttle bus and ECO Transit Bus Stop. Although we offer all the conveniences of the Beaver Creek Resort, you don't have to pay a "Resort Fee" with us.

Full kitchen, large flat screen TV in the living area, and flat screen TV in master bedroom, high speed internet, W&D in the unit, gas fireplace, outdoor balcony overlooking the Eagle River, electric grill, bathrooms with heated floors, large dual head shower with zero depth entry in master bath, tub in Guest Room, underground garage parking. Scenic view overlooking Eagle River and mountains. Common area pool (open summer), hot tub and fitness center with a Peloton bike and treadmill. Sleeps 4: 1 king "Sleep Number" bed in master and queen in guest room.

Great condo!

Great Condo, just as pictured if not nicer. Loved the updated bathroom, laundry room, and kitchen, while maintaining the mountain Lodge feel of the place. Great location.

Great ski vacation rental

This was a great spot for Beaver Creek skiing! The condo was right across from the shuttle pick up which was nice and convenient. The condo had everything we needed including extras. It was clean and Paul was awesome with answering questions and making sure we were accommodated.

A home away from home

This is our second year staying in the Cada condo and it is great! The location is ideal and the condo has everything needed to make it feel like home. Paul and Tristan are super responsive and so easy to communicate with. We can't wait until we return next year!

Peaceful Retreat

The condo is more beautiful th a n the listing pictures showed. Paul the owner was quick to respond when there was an issue with the information provided by VRBO. The condo was gorgeous and comfortable. And it was nicely stocked with pots, pans, utensils, glassware, cleaning and laundry supplies. Thanks you for providing such a wonderful place.

Lovely stay in Avon at Beaver Creek Resort

Great condo, quiet and cozy. I love to cook and the kitchen is well stocked and pleasant. Condo is located right across the street from Bear parking lot, where you can park (or walk) and catch the free shuttle up the mountain to BC resort, or 5 minutes to Bachelor Gulch chair lift. Description is accurate as far as resort experience without the costs! We skiied Vail also which is 20 minutes away. Perfect base for exploring the Rockies and the different ski resorts.

Nice condo for skiing beaver creek

My family and I stayed at Paul’s condo for four nights. The condo is well located with a 10 min walk to Bear Lot where you can take the shuttle to the village or landing. Brand new laundry washer and dryer. Quality dinnerware/flatware. Very nice condo for family ski trip. The only down side is the dryness especially after the fireplace is turned on. It would be great if the host can provide air humidifier.

Checking in procedure was terrible

Condo is very clean and comfortable. Well maintained and excellent location. Checking in process is terrible because no one is available to assist and we received no instructions how to enter the locked building. Also, no instructions how to enter the key pad on the front door of the condo. Had to contact condo owner for instructions. VRBO or owner needs to provide instructions!

What a wonderful stay at this well appointed condo. The little things like complimentary coffee, Kleenex in each room, etc. shows the host is generous & trusting of their guests to care for their property. Very comfortable & we enjoyed the balcony morning & evening. The owner was very responsive when we reached with a few questions. Would stay again!

Great location and perfect tub to relax in!

We enjoyed our stay in Beaver Creek! The condo location was awesome, super close to one of the parking lots served by the BC internal bus system and minutes to our favorite Avon Bakery. Lovely view of snow covered evergreens and a cute brook out the windows. Enjoyed having a full size washer and dryer to keep up with the laundry and a tub to recover from skiing all day. Loved the Select Comfort mattress in the bedroom. The high quality air mattress was helpful for our kids to split up their sleeping spaces without complaint. Underground parking was a fabulous convenience. Thankful that the kitchen was very well stocked as we cooked several days but I do wish there was a cheese grater (random I know, but I always make chili on trips and it needs grated cheese!). One slight disappointment was the noise from the unit upstairs but that probably depends on who is up there. Also, the tv remote didn't seem to work right but we downloaded the app on our phone and were able to do what we needed. Thanks for the lovely stay!

Great stay in Beaver Creek

We really enjoyed staying in your condo in Avon! We loved the decor and it matched being in the mountains! Very comfortable. The amenities were awesome. We have rented for many years and have not stayed at a place with such great amenities. Also, thank you to the host for helping us over the phone to figure out how to get the TV working! All the directions for checking in and out and how to negotiate the condo and property were very thorough. We will definitely be back to stay at your property! Thank you!

Comfortable stay close to Beaver creek Bear lot

The lodge was close to the near lot and we could walk down quickly and take the free ski shuttle. Was a great place to hit the slopes right when the ski resort opened. The host was very prompt in responding and kept us posted regarding key county / city updates on power/ fire/ weather etc. The place was spacious and clean. Will definitely go back next ski season :)

Brookside 2 bedroom river view delight

Love the location - next to river and walking path. Easy walk to downtown AVON and restaurants, very scenic. Quiet location - 2nd floor. We stayed 5nights. Everything we needed and more. All the necessary kitchen appliances and fully stocked with plates/silverware, etc. Satellite TV was a plus. We did have a king bed in master (sleep number). We had windows open to take in the MTN air. Condo has two portable air cond if needed. I would come back for sure. I didnt have any contact w/prop mgr, just rec'vd check-in documents over email. Clear directions - easy process. Received followup email from mgr about stay. Only issue we had was the group above us on 3rd floor over the Fri/sat nights were "heavy walkers" - noisy at times. But it was for a short time in evening.

Convenient Location

The property was well appointed in the kitchen, baths, and bedrooms. The living and dining area were quite cozy. All furniture and bedding were very comfortable. The hiking/biking path along the river was down an outside stairway. We were surprised that we could hear traffic on I-70 with so many trees blocking the view and the river rushing along. We enjoyed Happy Hour on the deck with the sun setting thru the trees. The location was very convenient for us with activities during our stay from Gypsum to Golden, all along the I-70 corridor.

Very comfortable, well furnished and stocked condo close to skiing

Overall, we really enjoyed our stay. The condo exceeded our expectations in terms of cleanliness, furnishings, decor, kitchen supplies and comfort. We were there skiing over spring break and liked the ability to walk to the Beaver Creek Bear Lot shuttle or catch the Hwy 6 bus. The walking path along Eagle River behind the condo is nice also. We brought a lot of things with you usually don't have at rentals and hardly needed to use any of it. We would have rated it a 5, except we had issues with the door lock twice. We arrived late after a long drive and the code did not work. Needed to find and stay in a hotel until the AM. Later in the week, the lock went dead again. The owner was very responsive both times and resolved the issues.

The Lodge at Brookside is across the street from the free Beaver Creek ski shuttle. It has a wonderful pool, hot tub and fitness center. It is close to Nottingham Park, downtown Avon and only five miles to the Riverwalk at Edwards.

For those visiting the renowned Orthopedic doctors at the Steadman Clinic, we are only 11 miles away from their Vail location and 3.5 miles from their Edwards offices. Although not officially handicap accessible, our unit is one floor with no steps, large bathrooms and an elevator. We offer a Steadman Clinic discount during non-ski season.
