Our spacious studio suite is located in the heart of Whistler Village. It is a short walk to the lifts, restaurants, shops and all Whistler activities. While secure underground parking is included, it's unlikely you will use your car during your stay because of the fantastic central location.

The suite has all the amenities to provide a comfortable stay for up to 4 people. The kitchen is fully equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, coffee machine (with coffee!) and all the supplies to make a home cooked meal.

You are guaranteed a comfortable sleep in our brand new luxurious queen bed. For four guests, the sofa pulls out into another comfy queen bed.

The bathroom features a deep soaker tub in addition to the shower. There is plenty of storage in the suite for luggage and sporting equipment.

The suite offers all the modern conveniences with a high definition TV, Playstation 2 and free wireless internet.

The outside deck provides beautiful mountain views, which you can also enjoy while soaking in the shared steamy outdoor hot tub located on the same floor.

Before purchasing our suite, we had stayed in properties throughout the Whistler area. The Market Pavilion building quickly became our favorite for its location and fantastic rates (and free parking!).

What makes this studio unique

It is a very quiet suite as it faces the beautiful mountains rather than busy Main Street itself. It is located steps from the IGA Marketplace supermarket and liquor store, as well as multiple restaurants and coffee shops. All of the conveniences are on your doorstep.

Great spot in the North Village

Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The condo is in a quiet location in the Marketplace building, and a huge draw over others in that area is the air conditioning. Not common in Whistler, this condo has it and it works great, which is great for those 90 degree+ days in the summer. The bed was comfortable and the kitchen has almost everything you need to cook at "home". The patio seating was a perfect place to sit outside and enjoy a home-cooked meal. As other reviews have stated, there are a few burned out bulbs, but it doesn't detract from the value of this place. I would definitely stay here again next year.

Cozy and convenient place.

It was a nice stay at this place. The place is close to everything, from supermarket, Tim Horton's to main village. The room is big enough to fit three of us and our fur boy. I would book again.

Not What We Expected.

Dave and Sarah were very good with booking queries and replies to questions, etc; and the location was convenient however, there were numerous little things that could certainly be improved upon.

First of all it would be helpful to have instructions as to how to get up to the unit. The elevator won't go up to the residential level, nor go down to the parking level, despite vigorous pushing of the buttons, unless you scan the key fob across the numeric keypad first. We discovered this the hard way.

There are studios and then there are studios, this one is very small with limited natural light so the fact that 2 out of 3 of the light bulbs in the kitchen were burned out didn't help. There was some minor damage to the wall behind the table and the blinds were also damaged. When I reported this to Sarah she did assure me that they were aware of the issues and that they would not reflect on us, nor, thankfully, affect our damage deposit. We then discovered that there was a dried blood stain on the comforter. I reported this to Sarah as well but never received any comments about that. I can understand that it may take some time to repair the damages, however, there is no excuse for not replacing broken light bulbs.

All in all, not a place we would go back to. There are many other places to stay, just make sure they have parking because parking is at a premium and is very expensive in Whistler.

Another great time at the Condo!

We have rented this condo once or twice a year for the last 4 years. It's great to be back and see that there is always something new and that they keep improving the condo/service. The condo is perfect for us and our dog. The unit is clean, bright, and the kitchen perfectly stocked. We love the location, it's very convenient! Sarah and Dave are great hosts, they reply very quickly, and we have never had an issue. We are looking forward to our next visit!!

Great value for Whistler village

Stayed here for a few days in June and everything worked out well. Excellent location and great value for money. Some minor repairs are needed (bent blinds, leaky faucet, burnt out light bulbs etc.) but overall would definitely recommend!
