Important Property Rules
Must be 25 years or older to book.
This is a multi-level townhome with stairs required to access the main living area and bedrooms.
Absolutely no smoking anywhere on the property, including the deck. Evidence of smoking will result in charges and notification to Airbnb.
No parties or events allowed.
Quiet hours are from 10 PM to 8 AM. Please respect our neighbors.
No pets allowed.
Exterior security cameras are installed in the driveway, on the middle-level back deck, and on the lower-level deck facing the dock for safety.
No trailer, boat, or jet ski parking on the property. HOA fines will apply.
Boats must be launched at public boat ramps only (see boat rules below).
Boat Rentals
Don’t have a boat? Contact Aloha Boat Rentals. They deliver and pick up directly from our dock for a small fee. Other local companies may offer similar services.

Water Taxi Access
In peak season, Destin Water Taxi offers scenic rides to HarborWalk Village and top restaurants. They can pick you up right from our dock. Contact them directly for pricing and availability.
Boat Rules
Maximum boat length is 25 feet, including the motor. No exceptions.
No trailer, boat, or jet ski parking on-site.

Joe’s Bayou Boat Ramp (3.6 miles)
Destin Marina (call ahead for trailer storage)
Please notify us in advance if you are bringing a boat to confirm fit at the dock.
Parking
Maximum of 2 vehicles.
No trailers, RVs, box trucks, or watercraft on trailers.
Park directly in front of the unit's garage. Do not use neighboring or street parking. Additional gravel parking is available nearby.

No Early Check-In or Late Check-Out Policy
To ensure the home is properly cleaned and reset for each guest, we do not offer early check-in or late check-out. Our cleaning team requires 4–5 hours between bookings to maintain a high standard.
If early arrival or late departure is essential for your plans, we recommend booking an additional night to guarantee the extra time.
Respecting Property Boundaries
To ensure a smooth and enjoyable stay for everyone, we kindly ask that guests stay within our property lines at all times. Please imagine a straight line from our front door, down the driveway, and all the way to our designated dock space—that’s your area to enjoy!
Do not enter neighboring driveways, yards, or dock spaces, as these are private property. Our neighbors value their privacy and are not welcoming to trespassers. Let’s keep things peaceful and respectful for all.
