Ready to Boat or ready to Beach it, the choice is yours with this truly stunning 6 bedroom home on Holiday Isle in Destin! “Baywatch” provides Panoramic Harbor Views for the tranquil relaxation you deserve and the close proximity to the beach make it that much easier for your family. You'll be a short 3-4 min walk to the private beach, or you can take the 6 Passenger Golf Cart for convenience and fun!

This spacious two-story home boasts over 5,500 sq ft and features 6 bedrooms, 5 1/2 baths, a state-of-the-art gourmet kitchen, an expansive covered balcony overlooking the Destin Harbor with an assortment of seating & dining areas. Don’t feel like hitting the Beach or the Harbor, no worries, as this home is equipped with an amazing resort-style pool. Sit back, watch the dolphins off the dock & feel the warm gulf breezes! If you’re feeling like exercising while on vacation, you can enjoy the 4 provided Kayaks and paddle over to your favorite spot on the Harbor.

The property sits on 70 feet of Destin Harbor and includes 2 boat slips that can accommodate vessels as large as 75 ft. Whether your pleasure is to watch the dolphins in the harbor, fish from the dock, or Kayaking, you are sure to have a fun-filled vacation! (Note; guests are NOT allowed to use boat lift).

Baywatch conveniently has parking for Boat Trailers on side of the house, but there are No Parking Trailers in the driveway!

Access to a Privately Deeded beach means you’ll have plenty of space and not sit behind 4 rows of umbrellas. You'll get to be front and center to enjoy your private beach the way you expect it to be!

POOL HEAT
A $50.00 per day fee is added to reservations booked between October 1st - April 30th for pool and hot tub heat. If you prefer an unheated pool and hot tub, contact us after booking and the fees will be refunded.

PLEASE NOTE: Pools cannot be heated if it is below 52 degrees. We will do our best to keep you informed of the forecast during your stay and refund you if conditions do not allow for this. Pool and Hot Tub heat is not available May 1 - October 1. Jets/Bubblers are still available.

You will find everything you need in the property to make the most of your time on the Emerald Coast. We offer a starter kit of premium, eco-friendly guest amenities including: Shampoo, Conditioner, Body and Face Soap, Toilet Paper, Facial Tissues, Dish Soap, Dishwasher Pods, Laundry Detergent, Paper Towels, Trash Bags, Dish Sponge, Bath Towels, and Bed linens.

Thanksgiving

We decided to stay on Holiday Isle for Thanksgiving this year and thoroughly enjoyed it. We had two families- total of 12- and had local friends join us for our Thanksgiving meal. We had plenty of room for eating, lounging and sleeping. We walked the neighborhood as well as the beach, swam in heated pool and played volleyball in backyard. The golf cart came in handy for quick trips to the beach and mini market! We would highly recommend this house to anyone staying in Destin!

Needs alot of work

Im a realtor so details in images are a big deal. False advertisement will get you sued. Im also a travel agent. This place is falling apart. I have pictures. Find me on social media. I almost went face down into the ground because the tiles on the back patio were loose all over. The pool was green the entire time. Hot tub was colder than the ocean water. There is a storage area full of trash. The garage just have trash piled up everywhere, from broken toys to christmas wrapping..Yard had random trash I had to pick up. Golf cart had broken tail light, windshild wiper was not working, there was a wire just hanging, im assuming it was the windhield wiper wire, passenger mirror just flopped around. Tags were not up to date.. Kayaks were torn up, sprinklers came on about 7pm every night so that ruined any outdoor activies in the grass area. Like volley ball or the kids playing any kind of outside games and sitting at the dock to fish. I had to put a bucket on one to keep it from spraying me. The ice maker made ice about a bucket per day. I have the same fridge and mine makes about 6 buckets a day. So be prepared to buy ice. But the back yard area was the worst part. Not being able to sit in a HIT tub that we paid for and the tiles are going to get these people a law suit. I asked the manager when the last time she was there and she said it had been a couple weeks. Do your job. I dont care if you have 60 properties, if you cant maintain them get a new job..I wouldnt allow them to

Labor Day Week Vaca

There were 8 of us total that stayed for the week of Labor Day. The house is beautiful and in the perfect location. Dock is wonderful, has plenty of space (we brought 2 larger boats and 2 jet skis). The one main issue we had (wifi not working) was handled quickly by the property manager. The only reason we did not give the House 5stars across the board is because we did have some minor cleanliness issues. I don’t believe the house had anyone stay in it for several weeks prior so there were some dead bugs and cobwebs in a few places, but the place is beautiful and we would definitely stay here again! board

This property was amazing! The space, the home layout, the pool, the view and the location were simply outstanding. The home was clean and we even were able to enter a bit early the day of check in! Highly recommend, we will be back!

The location was great, very convenient, the pool was great to have as well. Our only downside with it, was there was only 1 roll of toilet paper in each of the bathrooms and only 1, already opened and used roll of paper towels, so we had to buy those basic essentials from the store to stock, which we felt like is such a cheap and basic thing to have the house stocked with that we shouldn’t have had to pay for. Other than that, everything was great and the rental company checked in with us during our stay to make sure things were going well, and besides the paper products and the fact there was only 1 kitchen towel, it was good

Exceptional

We had the most wonderful stay this past week. The area was beautiful and the house everything we hoped it would be. There was more than ample room for our large group of 16 (10 adults and 6 grandkids ranging in age from 17yrs to 9 months) and the pool perfection for all ages! I would highly recommend this listing to anyone considering a trip to the Destin area. We saw dolphins in the morning from the dock, spent countless hours each day poolside and many meals either grilled or cooked in the spacious kitchen, along with gorgeous sunsets from the private access beach just minutes away either by foot or the included golf cart. Grocery shopping and numerous restaurants are located near by making this an even more perfect location. The only downside was leaving to return home. We will definitely be returning!

Amazing stay in Destin

Our family comes to Destin each Thanksgiving for a week together at the beach. We have stayed at a different house each year. This house is our favorite by far. The home is beautiful with lots of room to spread out and relax. The boys loved the bunk room and the heated pool and hot tub. We also loved being in the bay and fishing off the dock. Only a short walk to the beach to give us a gorgeous ocean experience. We enjoyed the house so much that we hardly ventured out to do other things in the community. Donna continually checked in on us to make sure that our stay was everything that we expected. We would love to come back here again in the future!

Awesome Property

We loved everything about this property. Easy beach access with golf cart, large pool and hot tub, and on the bay for easy fishing and kayaking. Our only regret is that we stayed so active we barely got to enjoy the fantastic home and layout that is great for families. This is the first place we will try to book for next year!

Beautiful Home

My family of 4 and another family of 4 rented this home together for a long weekend. We had a great time by driving the boat over from Panama City and was able to dock it directly behind the home and made a visit to crab island. The house was well equipped with everything you need and the home was very clean and tastefully decorated. This home had a lot of amenities such as the pool, large decks, fishing from the dock, golf cart and game room. I would highly recommend this home and we would definitely stay again.

Vacation in Paradise

The grandkids LOVED the bunk room!! They were so excited to each have their own tv!! I’m not sure how we will ever be able to rent a house again without this amenity. We had hoped for better weather but all thoroughly enjoyed the heated pool and spa! The kids enjoyed fishing off the dock and the adults enjoyed kayaking in the harbor! The private beach was beautiful and a very short walk or golf cart ride away. This is by far our favorite house!! So much to do for everyone!! All interactions with Modern Beach Vacation Rental representatives were very professional. We hope to return to Baywatch on a future vacation!!
