Come check out this home on Holiday Isle. 5 BRs with smart tv's throughout and easy to use your apps to stream your favorite shows and kids games. Boat Dock in your back yard so you can easily cruise to Crab Island or go fishing in the worlds luckiest fishing village. Beach is across the street with a short walk to the gated area where you can spread out and enjoy the surf and sun. Missing your dog - no need - you can bring him/her along as long as the weight doesn't exceed 45 lbs for an additional fee.. Large Gathering area upstairs - along with the outdoor deck for BBQ's right outside for easy dining. Come check it out and enjoy your vacation with Holiday House. The home owner does rent out the covered boat slip to a private individual. The pier available for use with this home is accessible on the side of the canal.
The HOA (Holiday Isle Improvement Associations) which this home is a part of requires everyone staying to be related by blood or marriage.

All dwelling units, whether detached home, condominium unit, apartment or townhome, are restricted to residential purposes, meaning occupancy by a family, as defined by Section 2.2 of the PC&Rs, as amended, to be:
• a person living alone • the following persons living together as a single nonprofit housekeeping unit and sharing living, sleeping, cooking and eating facilities: o persons related by blood, marriage, adoption, guardianship or a duly authorized custodial relationship; o two unrelated persons and any children related to either person or for whom either person has guardianship or a duly authorized custodial relationship; or o a group of more than 2 unrelated persons who can prove they are the functional equivalent of a family living as a stable single housekeeping unit.
