Great location and wonderful condo!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful stay at Sunrise Beach. The condo had everything we needed and more. The pool wristbands were not in our room when we checked in, but staff got them to us quickly. Perfect condo for two families with little kids.

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was clean. I was more than happy with the location. I was more than satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The cleaners could do a better job especially with the price of the cleaning fee. Floors still had sand/dirt, hair, and spilled drink. Hair under bathroom sink. Some dishes were still dirty as well as the air fryer. Dresser in front bedroom by the entry door was broken. View from condo is amazing. Parking is a little difficult. Master bed was comfortable. Tropical storm came during our stay.

The place had a beautiful view but we were highly upset with the cleanliness. We were told the place was clean before our stay but had sand all in our beds. The toilets didn’t even look like they had been cleaned. Some of the kitchen items were not cleaned as well.

The place was very nice but there was construction going on that we were not informed about. 2 for the 4 elevators were down for replacement and that caused a lot of long wait times. We were told that the elevators would be down until May of 2026. They were working on the outside of the building as well causing a lot of noise during the week. The property management for our stay was very attentive and addressed a few concerns we had right away.

We arrived really late due to flight delay. It was around 2 AM. When we arrived to hotel. It was easy to get in and go to your room. The very first thing we noticed was sand on the floor, but that didn't bother much since we are in Florida. We went to bet right away and our kid said his king bed, the one closer to the entry door, is full of sand. We didn't believe him and told him just go to sleep since we were all tired. In the morning, we checked his bed and its full of sand! My wife had to wash everything. The master bedroom was really dirty too. The master shower had hair in the tub. It also had moss on curtains. The biggest reason we booked this room was because in the pictures the master shower had portable shower head but when we tried to shower our toddle we noticed it was not there....it made showering our toddler super difficult.
