This well maintained and nicely furnished ocean front, ground level, end unit condo offers 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enjoy looking at the ocean from a spacious screened in porch with direct access to the beach and a very large swimming pool within the beautifully landscaped grounds. Relax inside this comfortably furnished living area after a full day on the beach. The kitchen has recent appliances, spacious counters tops, plenty of pot & pans, dishes, glassware, and utensils. Full size washer & dryer adjacent to the kitchen. King size bed in master bedroom, queen size bed in second bedroom and third bedroom has full and single bed. The condo is well equipped for the entire family including a porta-crib and high chair. So there’s room to sleep seven people. The condo offers tv’s in each bedroom as well as free cable and internet. There are two parking places per condo.

Sea Cloisters is within walking distance to Surfside’s new Pier, many restaurants, children’s park, tennis and pickle ball courts, library and hosts a Farmer’s Market every Tuesday! Sorry no smoking and no pets allowed. Make memories in your “Home Away from Home” condo.

PROPERTY AMENIITES
Internet, Televisions, Heat & Central A/C, Ceiling Fans, Washer & Dryer, Range & Oven, Microwave, Refrigerator, Dishwasher, Basic Kitchen Amenities. All bedding will have a mattress cover, pillows and comforter or bedspread. We also provide a small bar of soap at each sink, one roll of toilet paper in each bathroom, and a trash bag in each trashcan. Guests should be prepared to provide any of these items as needed beyond what we supply. Guests are also responsible for providing detergents, spices, salt & pepper, sugar, etc as needed.

The linen package includes sheets for all beds, 2 bath towels and wash cloths per how many the property sleeps, a kitchen towel, and a dish cloth. The linen delivery service does not include bed makes. If you do not need the linen package, please decline the service on your Rental Agreement which you will receive after booking. If declined, the linen service charge will be deducted from your second payment.

Please note that e-checks and credit cards are accepted forms of payment. Once you book your reservation, you will receive an email that will link you to a pre-check-in wizard where you can select your form of payment. We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, and E-Checks. A 3% service fee applies to all credit card payments, and E-Checks are not accepted within 14 days of arrival. The name on the payment method must match the name on the reservation. Once your booking is confirmed, you’ll receive a pre-check-in email where you can securely select your preferred payment option. Please note that we do not accept Apple Pay, Cash App, Venmo, Affirm, PayPal, or Klarna.

**Bookings exceeding 28 days will require a security deposit, which will be collected after the reservation is confirmed.
