This is a beautiful unit with a very responsive owner.The kitchen is well equipped. It even has a wine/beverage fridge. The baths are first rate with a jetted tub in one bath and a beautiful spa shower in the master. We love this condo and rent it yearly.

Perfect Location

Check in was an easy, hassle free process. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The access to the beach from the back deck was awesome! We also loved the fact the owner shared her beach chairs and beach gear with us. Also, the mattress in the primary bedroom was super comfy!

Amazing property

Perfect vacation spot. Great location in surfside. Wonderful for family. Beach and pool right outside of the porch. So clean. Great amenities! Updated. Beds and furniture very comfy. Great communication from owner. Hope to stay again in the future.

Excellent place to stay!

We rented this property two years ago and again this year. We absolutely love the property! Such a beautiful view every morning. The owners are very responsive to any questions or needs you may have about the property. We definitely want to book again next year!

Great place to stay for your beach trip

This is our 4th stay. All was as expected. Couple minor maintenance issues. Owner quickly responded. Screened in porch is great for rainy days hanging out and playing cards, etc. We will be back.

Worth repeat stays

We have stayed at this property four years in the fall. We love the accommodations, and that is easy getting to the beach. Also, it is easy to communicate with the owner.

Perfect place to be in a tropical storm

This condo is clean and well maintained. The weather was not perfect, but the condo was spacious and a great place to be during the storm. We look forward to visiting again, rain or shine.

Great stay

We have stayed in several places in Surfside and all of them have been nice. I will say this is my new favorite. The condo is actually better than the pics show. My favorite thing about the unit was the porch. Its big and right next to the pool. Most residents have to walk outside and around to get to the pool but this unit walks right onto the pool deck. The view of the beach and ocean are exceptional. The unit had everything we needed to cook several meals. The shower in the main bath was awesome with a stone floor. You can tell the owners take great pride in this unit with the details in the window and door coverings and the cove moldings around the unit. They also allow golf carts(gas) which is nice. I will say that this complex is popular with a group of family and friends who rent multiple units every fourth of July week so the pool area does get busy on the fourth with everyone hanging out. They are great and will quickly consider you one of the family. If you get the opportunity to rent this unit you will not be disappointed we had a great time.

This place is perfect!!

This condo is absolute perfection, with beautiful views of the ocean from every window, and an oceanfront screened in porch, along with direct pool and beach access. The inside is beautiful and clean. It’s a really nice touch providing linens. The area of the beach where it’s located is a less busy area. This was our 2nd stay in the condo and we will definitely be back next year!!

This condo is beautifully decorated and appointed with direct access to the pool and beach. The picture window in the living room gives a beautiful view of the beach and ocean. It made our vacation perfect. We would happily return again.
