Plenty of space for family and friends. The house appears to have been two units with multiple kitchens, living spaces, and AC units, but that’s not necessarily a bad thing when traveling with multiple generations. The location was excellent and there is plentiful off street parking. The one con for me has already been noted - the yard is really overgrown in front and in back and does not match pictures from the street. I appreciate native/natural landscaping, but it can be done without looking neglected. But overall, a great stay!

Pros:There was plenty of room; multiple rooms, places to sit and lounge Two kitchens (both on the smaller size but were fine.)Lots of light in the rooms.Cons:Front walkway was overgrown. Some of the beds were rickety (the bunk beds) Mattresses were old and needed to be replaced- you could feel the springsThe house was dusty, needed to be cleaned There were used towels found in the hamperOverall, it was fine. A little bit of TLC on the upkeep of the house, with trimming of the flowers around the front porch and a thorough cleaning would definitely bring it up a few notches.

Vacation rental

325 Savannah was perfect for our family. It is clean, spacious, and in a great location with ample parking. The 5 bedrooms with private baths and TVs, 2 kitchens, spacious front porch, and rear BBQ area with tables and seating made it comfortable for our family of young and older adults with kids from young to teenage years. We made some fond memories. Hope to come back again.
