The home is located in the residential community known as Summit Cove. You will be able to enjoy the beauty of Summit County and be in close proximity to 7 area ski resorts with Keystone Mountain the closest at a short 5 minutes away. Amazing skiing along with all the fantastic summer outdoor activities. Come visit and find out why Summit County is Colorado's playground.
The house is fully furnished including linens and accessories. The spacious living room includes a Flat-screen TV and DVD player and a few DVDs. The full-size kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, utensils, dishes and more for your cooking needs (see condo website below for list of kitchen items). A grocery store is about 4 miles away. There is an attached 2 car garage which allows easy access for unloading groceries, clothes and no need to scrap windows in the morning.
The house has wireless internet and Chromecast.
The 'Summit Stage' is a free bus service to the major ski areas, near-by towns, outlet malls, restaurants, and some hiking trails. The pickup and drop off are a good walk from the house,.

Great spot for a ski trip!

Comfy house with nice bathrooms, good amount of bedspace, close to the slopes. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend!

Great Stay

Very pleased with our stay. Location is great, central to all ski resorts in the area. Plenty of room, easy check in and check out. Only 2 recommendations would be to add a railing to the second top bunk to make it more useable. Also some more humidifiers would be great. Overall highly recommend this property.

Great family vacation

The location was perfect to Keystone ski resort. House accommodated our family great, kids bunk room was a little tight, we just kept luggage in adults room. Great big kitchen, perfect seating for games too. We never did figure out the TV, except to paly a DVD. We had a great time!

Great house for a group

We had a great stay at Summit Cove! The neighborhood seemed safe, the house was very clean, the kitchen was large and came equipped with everything we needed. The house accommodated 6 adults without any issues and could easily sleep 8 if needed. We loved the large living room and ample seating space for everyone to hang out. The only critique we had was despite all the that the house came equipped with, it didn't have bathroom essentials (shampoo, condition, body wash or more than 1 roll of toilet paper). It would have been nice to have a heads up on that, but otherwise highly recommend!

We have stayed at various Vrbo's and we really enjoyed Todd's house. The kitchen is well equipped and since we are picky about the knives and pans when we cook, we were impressed at the great quality of the knives and pans. The house is conveniently located and in a nice quiet neighborhood. The place was clean as well. We highly recommend this place and plan to stay here again.

Great location

My family absolutely loved staying at this property. It is in a great location and we were able to get to Keystone resorts quickly. We ate at the Craft and Cove right up the street and had the Last Chance Pizza, great atmosphere. The property is well maintained and we had access to the garage, which was pretty amazing to unload and load back up each day. The owner was super responsive and check in was easy. I would highly recommend staying here.

Great stay!

The house was exactly as shown. Very nice, clean. Comfortable beds - memory foam was nice after a day of skiing. We had plenty of room for two teenage boys and two adults - could handle more people if needed. Lots of fun family games, great living room for everyone to stretch out and relax after long days on the ski slopes. Loved the big garage! Big enough to park an SUV with room to spare. Nice location - easy to get to Keystone and Breckenridge. We will definitely be back!

Great Ski Location!

This home was near all 3 mountains at which we were skiing: Copper Mountain, Keystone and Breckenridge. Lots of ski shops and dining nearby. Will definitely stay there again. Very clean and well set up. The 2 car garage was nice as we could pull in and pack/unload inside.

This home was the PERFECT place to stay for our Christmas family Keystone ski trip!

This was our second Christmas ski vacation spent in this beautiful home. Not much to add to my previous review. So I will once again say this home is perfect location to easily get to ski slope, shopping, groceries, trails for snowshoeing, etc! It is a great layout for families with bed space for everyone, large den with 3 couches & plenty of floor space to hang out after skiing & watch a movie, if lay a board game. The kitchen island is a dream for cook prep & sharing meals together! Place is clean! Feel completely safe in the neighborhood! Todd is always quick to respond! My only “issue” is that we are moving cross country & will be too far away to return next Christmas!

Just what we needed

The property was in a great location. Mid way between Keystone and stores/grocery. Great layout. Bunk room worked great for the younger set and the 2 kings were very comfortable for the adults. Very nice kitchen with a huge island that made for a perfect family gathering spot for all meal. Comfortable living room with 4 recliners that were perfect for after skiing naps. The garage was really great especially considering we had 18" of snow while we were there. We'll be back next year.

Perfect location to Keystone. Fantastic family ski vacation over Christmas week!

Our family of 6 just enjoyed Christmas week at this perfect house! They had just received fresh snow, the driveway was all cleared when we arrived after a very long day of driving. It was so nice to have garage access to keep skis dry, not having to scrap windows in the morning & easy just go straight into house! Another plus as was having driveway spot for my adult son’s vehicle. We rented a condo last year= only one spot for parking, frozen car & skis every morning & having a trek from parking lot to condo. Home was extremely clean, beds very comfortable, HUGE, awesome island for serving meals & hanging out, kitchen is well equipped with EVERY item needed to cook & well stocked with pantry staple items! I like that I know the food items we left will be there for the next renters to use & not just thrown out. Bathrooms & bedrooms were well stocked with linens, towels, paper products & if we would have forgotten anything, I’m sure we could have found what we needed. Location: just under 10 mins to Keystone slopes each day! Didn’t go to Breckinridge, but, it would be easy to get to as well. Great pizza shop right at entrance to neighborhood! Less than 10 mins to grocery, gas, outlet stores. AWESOME living room layout with 3 large couches allowing plenty of space for the 6 of us to hang out & watch a movie /play board games after skiing all day. There are some DVD’s provided, but we used an HDMI cord provided & my kids hooked up laptop to stream movies. Todd was great at communicating right back from booking and throughout our stay. We look forward to staying at this property for our next ski adventure as this truly was a PERFECT “Home away from home”!! ~Gretchen

Family stay in the mountains

Very nice and clean 3/2 with a two car garage in a quiet neighborhood. A short 10 minute drive to shopping, restaurants, and Keystone Resort About 20 minutes to Breckenridge. Plenty of space for a family of six. Being able to keep our vehicle in a garage was a big benefit in the winter.

Great location and place for skiing

Went to Colorado for a skiing trip and want a place that wasn’t too far away from slopes and shops...this place was the perfect location and everything is updated and spacious inside. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay to go skiing or just enjoy the town.

The home was nicely renovated and furnished. Lots of seating in the living/dining area. Beds and linens were very comfortable. Perfect for two couples with up to 4-5 kids. The owner was very responsive, and the deposit was returned promptly.

Great house for a ski weekend

We really enjoyed this house. It is newly updated so it's clean and very nice. House has a great set up and the beds were really comfy. Great location that is mins from Kestone, Dillon and Silverthorne. Owner was great and responded to questions in a timely manner. Only minus (not enough to lower the rating) was the furtinure in the living is dated and worn out. If the couches were updated this would by far be the best VRBO we have stayed in for a vacation. The TV is chromecast (no cable) so be prepared to stream to it. This was no issue for us. TV is great size and quality and we had no issues with it. I highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

I bought this house 24 years ago to use as a home base when skiing. With so many up-and coming resorts around at the time it was a no brainer. Now all those little resorts are huge flourishing hills with unlimited options and this house is smack dab in the middle.
