Check in was super easy , the place is amazing, the kitchen and bathroom have everything you could need and want. The living room is spacious. The futon makes a great second bed, and the real bed is super comfy.street parking is plentiful and the goats are super nice. I literally have nothing else but positive things for this cute little spot .

Perfect location and cozy!

Loved that it was walking distance to pretty much everything in Monmouth/Independence. The studio was clean, comfortable and well appointed. Bed is super comfy too. Excellent communication with the property owners, and Polly and Tony were so wonderful and easy to work with. We will definitely return, it's now our go-to place to stay over College Inn (ick, ptooie) for our visits to town. Thank you!

This was absolutely without a doubt the best place we have ever stayed! (we travel a lot!) Location was perfect. I do not sleep very well when I'm away from home, but I instantly fell asleep and slept all night. It truly felt like we were at home. This cute little apartment had everything we could possibly need for our stay. The Wards were perfect hosts. The location is perfect for walking around or drive to close places to eat. It is also a block from WOU so if you are visiting the college, it is within walking distance to everything. We stayed for two nights. Again, you cannot go wrong with this property!!! We give it a 11 out of 10!

We loved staying at this little cottage, walking distance from the WOU campus. Tony and Polly were great to work with. The place had all the little extra details that made it feel like home. The bed, bedding, pillows and blankets were great! We will be back, if we come back to Monmouth.
