Yearly Family Vacation

We enjoyed our annual visit to PCB. The house was great. This is the first time we’ve rented with a pool definitely is a requirement from now own. Location was great. Even though the beach weather was no cooperating this year, (it’s Florida) we still had a great time. Hope we can make it back next year.

My friends and I had a great time at this home. There were so many good restaurants recommended by the hosts and a lot to do with just a short drive. The walk to the beach was only 5 minutes and it wasn’t crowded at all. The location and set up of the house was great and perfect for the 10 people we had stay. The hosts were very communicative and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The check in and check out process was also very smooth and easy. We will definitely be going back!

Reasonably priced. Very easy check in/out process. The neighbors are a little unsettling, they sit on their porch and stare. Very old and run down neighborhood. Do NOT order pizza from Papa John's they cannot find the house.

Good house

Property was good. We only had one pan to cook and one cookie sheet. (Note there is multiple pots). I think there could be more attention pay to cleaning but it wasn't a deal breaker. Neighborhood was great they are very welcoming and friendly.

Perfect getaway!

I have to say that we never really leave any comments online but I decided to do so for this property. We are extremely happy with our stay. The entire experience was exceptional. The kids loved the pool. The beach is really only a few minutes away and is located on a quiet part of the area. Will probably come back again next year.

Loved it !!

The first thing we noticed was the smell and it was the most inviting and let us know it was clean.The house was in order and the pool was perfect a little farther walking distance to the beach than we thought/wanted but other than that we enjoyed our stay and loved the house!

Not horrible, but disappointing

The property was a bit disappointing. The upkeep on the property wasn't great. I don't think this is a 4.7 star property as it shows (3 starts at best, in my opinion). The 4th bedroom is a converted garage and the air doesn't work very well in there (it was incredibly hot and stuffy). The pool area was in desperate need of pressure washing (there was black mildew all over the walls and the deck needed to be pressured washed). The yard was overgrown with knee high weeds. I will say the owners were incredibly helpful when the plumbing went out (roots growing through the pipes) and they got a plumber out there the next day so we were only without toilets for a day. I guess I expected a little more based on the rating and the other reviews.

Awesome week at the beach

We really enjoyed our stay and week at the beach. The house was very clean and we had plenty of room. The pool was good size and perfect for those early morning and late evening swims. The walk to the beach was right around 5 minutes, but we found it easier to drive and park near the access. The beach wasn't overcrowded which was great. Overall it was great week and an awesome place to stay. I would recommend this house to anyone.

Comfortable and convenient

It was convenient spot and really nice having our own space. Only wish the pool was heated and more towels. Other than that easy check in and comfortable housing and accessible to sites of the area.

4 bed 2 bath house

4 bedrooms 2 baths but one bath was only accessed off master bedroom thus left other 3 bedroom occupants only the one bathroom access, pool was open year round and had a heater but it was not hooked up nor did it work

Great place

The property was as shown in pictures. For a family its a great place to stay, the kids loved the private pool. Still close to pier park which was nice, but this home is definitely in a much quieter area which we loved. The beach was very close. The only real complaint any of us had was we thought it was hot in the house. The house was little dated as previous comments mentioned but it was definitely a nice family place. It was clean when we showed up both inside and outside. We would definitely stay again.

We love the west end of the beach. It is quiet, in an area of homes, not high rises. The house is within walking distance to the beach, close to shopping and restaurants. The pool is great when you don't want to go to the beach. We are sure you will enjoy this house as much as we do!
