We really enjoyed our stay at this apartment in Marina del Rey. The owner was extremely helpful, responsive, and easy to communicate with. He answered our texts quickly and promptly resolved a minor issue with the washer.The apartment was perfect for our stay while moving our daughter into college. It was comfortable, convenient, and just what we needed. The listing also provided an accurate description of the location on a busy street, which we appreciated.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would happily stay here again!

The property location is facing the main Lincoln blvd, the primary bed faces this is road. So guests looking for a peaceful sleep, FORGET IT! The blinds didn’t do justice to block the lights of roads, no curtains! The coil stove top is too old and didnt work properly to cook off easy meals as plannedThe key lock intended for check in and check out was difficult to navigate. The condo building had a peculiar smell throughout that made it unpleasant.

Wi-fi was slow, but otherwise the place was great. Check-in is weird since you have to meet the host in a nearby gas station parking lot, and then they take you into the apartment/condo building.

Exactly as advertised and beds / furniture very comfortable. Also in a great location within easy walking distance to good restaurants and shops. Host was very responsive but responsiveness wasn't very necessary since everything worked and we encountered no issues.

This property is not at all what I expected. Unusual way of obtaining key, located on a pole outside a gas station in a lock box. The halls in the condo smelled of cigaretteSmoke and the parking garage was dimly lit and seems as if a homeless person camped out there. Pool wasn’t clean nor was it heated as stated. Rooms weren’t too bad, definitely needed updating. Didn’t feel safe going in the parking garage. Sorry but that is my experience

Excellent place to stay! Marcos and Caroline were super nice and very helpful with the entire process. I rented a car, making it super convenient to get to Venice beach and Santa Monica! Still close enough to get to little Tokyo and K Town for some excellent food and drinks. Too bad my trip was too short. I would venture out to other parts of the city. Will return!

The place is very noisy with the heavy traffic all night long. Busy street! The appliance are old and not in good shape. Especially Dishwasher and stove. The Bathtub in the masterbath looks dirty.

The check-in process was a bit stressful as the key box for the place was vandalized so it took a bit to finally get into our place. However, it's a great location and has good nearby amenities ( the pool which was great during a hot day!) The apartment was very nice clean, and the check-out instructions were clear.

The location of this condo is prime! You can walk to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants and the marina. Just a heads up if you’re driving to not have a huge truck or van as the parking garage is tight and the spots are tandem. Both of our reserved spots were taken by someone else which created some confusion. Lincoln street is quite busy all the time, except maybe from midnight to 5am. If you’re affected by noise bring earplugs for sleeping. The master bedroom could use a blackout shade as it’s very bright in the morning. Otherwise, we enjoyed the condo, the beds and pillows were comfortable and location is KEY!!!!
