Welcome to the Island House! We’re Kayla and Patrick Cummings, and though we’re new to Vrbo, we're committed to making your stay in Gainesville special. Inspired by Kayla’s Antigua roots, our house features vibrant, island-inspired colors, just 8 minutes from campus. Features include a turf backyard with outdoor TV, sleeping space for 7 guests, and a fully stocked kitchen. We live just down the road and are here to help for anything you may need. Feel free to reach out with any questions!

This trip was amazing from the start! The house was easy to find and get into. It was in perfect shape and the rooms were very comfortable. They left games for the three kids and we adults especially enjoyed the screened in porch. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at this Gainesville home was absolutely fantastic and stress-free. From the moment we walked in, we were impressed by how clean and spotless the entire house was. It is situated in a wonderful, quiet neighborhood that felt safe and welcoming throughout our visit. The house was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need, making it feel like a true home away from home. On top of that, the host was incredibly attentive and responsive to our messages. Check-in and check-out were an absolute breeze, saving us time and hassle. We would highly recommend this property to anyone visiting the area.
