この宿泊施設のオーナーになった理由

Safety, serenity, and proximity were our top priorities. This neighborhood is a true hidden gem—a family-friendly pocket where neighbors know each other and the streets are quiet. We love the 'walkability' factor; being able to stroll over to campus or the stadium without dealing with game-day traffic is a massive perk. It’s the ideal home base for visiting parents, alumni, or anyone who wants a secure, tranquil place to recharge after a day of Gator fun and adventure.
