As you go up the interior staircase to the second floor, the space welcomes you with another oceanfront master suite, with an en suite bath, a jacuzzi tub, and TV. The hall bath services the queen-size bedroom; there are two more bedrooms with two twins in each, one with an ocean view. Two aero beds are available for your use in the closet. There is also a TV room on this level for the kids.

There is a fish cleaning station, water, and electricity. Under the house, there is a commercial free standing ice maker and a Deep freezer for your catch.

There is Easy open-water access to the Atlantic Ocean and a short trip to the 7-mile bridge or Vaca Cut to the Gulf.
