Contrairement aux Condos, vous pouvez louer pour un jour, tous les jours, et nous acceptons les jeunes hĂŽtes de 18 ans qui respectent les rĂšgles de la maison.
S'il vous plaĂźt noter que cet appartement de plage est situĂ© un vol dans un immeuble du milieu du siĂšcle de 4 unitĂ©s. Elle est spacieuse et confortable, avec de hauts plafonds et beaucoup de fenĂȘtres. Il est pas un nouveau condo et pas que tout soit parfait, mais une grande valeur. A les planchers de bois franc d'origine dans les chambres et tapis dans le salon. Pas pour, les voyageurs prĂ©tentieux difficiles difficiles qui veulent un condo, mais ne peuvent pas trouver un pour quelques jours ou pris tard. Regardez toutes les photos et lisez toutes les critiques car nous voulons des clients satisfaits qui prennent le temps de rĂ©server une propriĂ©tĂ©.
Situé dans le quartier Old Florida Distric,. 3-4 rues de chalets historiques, petites maisons remodelées plus anciennes, partie pittoresque et tranquille de Clearwater Beach, mais à seulement 5 pùtés de maisons de la zone touristique occupé Pier 60. A cour commune avec pont en partie de bois, belvédÚre, Weber Barbecue au gaz. cour touche de style de l'Ouest a clÎture en bois et de la plage tropicale sensation.

Wonderful stay at the New Orleans

What a wonderful stay. The place is wonderful, clean and very convenient. The beach is less than a block and there are beach chairs available. Wonderful food, great bars, easy access as it's only a few block walk to anything. We really can't say enough and can't wait to make plans to visit nest year.

Good for Families

Found everything just as the listing said. Short walk to the beach, great beach toys for the kids, good grill for eating in, easy walk to restaurants and strip for souvenir shopping. Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay.

The hosts were the best hosts I’ve ever had. The place was older and we needed to request a few things at times. Unfortunately, the weather was very cold too. The manager ( Capt Al), and housekeeper (Nancy). took care of our concerns immediately. They went above and beyond to help meet our needs ALL the time. Capt Al truly expects the guests to comply to the rules, and yet seems to have a big heart. There's a sweet balcony off the living room which was nice, if the weather cooperates.The location was great, right on the main road. The beach is directly behind the location. The pool is about 1/2 block down the street. It's very large and looks great and is only open in the summer. We enjoyed the large hot tube on our very cold evenings. Overall, I'd give this place a "9" and I thank them for their prompt assistance and kindness.

Clearwater was amazing. Captain Al was accommodating when we added more travelers. He was able to move us to another beach cottage. We had everything we needed.

Captain Al runs an awesome complex.

We stayed at the New Orleans for two nights. The beach is just a few houses down from the apartment. It was so convenient. Captain Al took the four of us for a boat ride around Honeymoon Island where we stopped for a swim. It was so relaxing and he is really fun to spend time with. I high yield recommend staying at his properties.

Furious because it was dirty and the listing is full of LIES!!

The property was not as advertised! It said it had two baths and there is only one! The listing said washer/dryer and there is not! I was told there was a laundromat two blocks away and it was shut down and out of business! I don't mind the old things in the property but would expect them to be clean. There was years worth of dirt on the pictures and flowers in the apartment. The listing said upgraded cabinets and only the fronts had been changed so it looks nice in the pictures. However, these were fronts that had just been slapped on and not even very well. The twin bed was held up with a 4x4 post that had been put there to support the bed. Only one teaspoon in the whole unit. The high end appliances that are advertised are clearly old and used. A few antiques were actually very nice but anything that was called "new" looked to be purchased from a Goodwill store or out of outdated condos. However, even that wouldn't be so bad if it was CLEANED!! We definitely would have demanded a refund and actually checked on other properties but none were available. We were VERY disappointed. I have used VRBO properties in the past and I have never had any problems. If an amenity is listed, I expect it to be on site. No pool. No tennis. Why are these listed? And to make matters worse, the manager suggested that if my children needed underage alcohol they could find it at a neighborhood bar! I am appalled!

Close to the beach!!!!

This is a great place for a family... plenty of space for larger families. Could it use some updating (mostly in the bathroom) YES, BUT... it was clean, stayed very cool, had amble supply of towels, plenty of hot water for showers, for the most part was very quiet at night and has very comfortable beds for everyone!!!!! The best part of this condo is EVERYTHING you need for the beach is provided. We flew into Clearwater and couldn't pack that much. It was great having free access to beach chairs, umbrellas, ice chests, beach towels, sand toys and floats, and even bicycles!!!! To rent all of these items would cost a fortune. It was all included with the condo. Staff was friendly and super helpful. Plus... walk out your front door, down the stairs, turn right, turn right again, walk 150 steps and you are on the beach!!!!!

We stayed in the New Orleans apt and you can't beat the Location! Steps away from the beach and walking distance to all the shops and restaurants. Capt Al was a great host and very responsive to any questions had. Will stay here again when we come to Clearwater!

Overall experience was horible.CAPTAIN Al was not nice at all. Ruined our vacatipn.

We were told to text captain Al when arriving. He never answered our text nor our calls. When we finally found him, he told us we were in wrong place, which we were not. He was not friendly at all.he had another family in our condo and no idea that was our place. We had to wait for the family to pack a nd move and for cleaning ladies tp clean our condo. We waited hours. Than Capt Al told us we owed state taxes that Vrbo did not collet which was a lie. He just ruined our whole vacation. We would never go back. The place is not managed right.

Nice stove and refrigerator, the decor was an accumulation of different styles. The deadbolt would not lock and the door to the street wasn’t ever locked or if it was we weren’t given a key. The place was clean. Captain Al was friendly.

Experience the local flavor...

This apartment was truly an experience of the local flavor of the Clearwater Beach community. Set on the fringe of the bustling street full of shops and eateries, it is quieter but within steps of anything you could want, including the beach. Being part of a full square of cottages gave it a secure feel and community atmosphere. But the best part is the crew that keeps this entire complex in top shape, they are friendly and truly care that you enjoy your stay. Because it is a small group, it is easy to feel at home and welcomed. The apartment itself was huge, large enough for my myself and my two adult children (who need their privacy) to co-exist harmoniously for 4 whole nights. Not an easy task. We also had enough room to host members of our family who live in the area, leading up to their big day on the Star Lite Majesty Wedding Cruise. What a FABULOUS experience that was, the highlight of our vacation and I highly recommend you try one of their dinner cruises. It's right down the street from the Blue Wave, which I also highly recommend. Thank you Capt. Al, Karen, Gail and Rodney for a trip to remember and all your help in making it so.

Great Vacation and Yes Cool Beach Apartment

With 5 kids and 2 adults, we were very lucky to find a two bedroom rental for just a few days. I loved this Beach Apartment. For the price a double at the Hilton, we got a large new beautiful kitchen with high end appointment, and with a dishwasher, saved a ton on meals, 3 beds and a pull out bed, 3 great big flat TV s with all the Movie Channel, a great big balcony, and when comming off the beach , freezing cold air conditioning. The apartment was beautifully decorate with very nice furniture and paintings. We were a few blocks from all the main attractions in Clearwater Beach, less a minute to the sand, and really enjoyed being part of the Clearwater Cottages group of Cottages. Capt. Al and Karen the housekeeper are fantastic hosts who are there to make sure you have everything you need. Being from out of state we did not have to buy beach chairs, and beach toys as everything in the shared backyard is for everyone to enjoy. Never expected quality like the WEBER BBQ GRILL, Tommy Bahama Furniture, and high end kitchen appliances .Capt. Al is World Class, hospitable , helpful, and lots of fun. Even on our rainy week, we enjoyed the Beach Apartment and beach. Fortunately after the rain, we usually got to watch incredible sunsets as we would run down to the beach every night. Even in the rain, we had fun, as there was a very large covered balcony off the living room where we got to watch, as advertised, the Tourist taking photo shoots in front of the Shipwreck Bar. We found the rental, large and spacious, clean and comfortable, a great value and look forward to staying here again next time in Clearwater. Ida and Jerry

I lived in the New Orleans Cool Beach Apartment for 15 years Originally from New Jersey, I came to Florida 40 years, to enjoy this tropical paradise during my Spring Break times. Once I spent time in Florida, I knew I wanted to live here. Having found Clearwater Beach to be the best beach in Florida, I moved here. I really enjoy the Hospitality business and in my youth I was a Camp Couselor at Club Getaway, still in business and was a reality TV show. This is the last area to be developed and without all the high rise hotels and large condos Kind of feels like a time that has gone by

Voici ce qui rend cet hébergement unique

No elevator to waste time in. Feels like your own private apartment or home by the beach. The balcony is fantastic as there is never ending entertainment right across the street at the famous Shipwreck Bar. This is the only New Orleans style balcony overlooking Mandalay Ave in Clearwater Beach. You can watch all the EVENTS right off your porch. This beach apartment is twice the size of most 2 bedroom rentals and offers lots of windows in all the rooms, and high ceilings. Has new central air conditioning with heat, new energy efficient windows, and 2 back up wall air conditioners.

Important Noise DIsclosure
With the never ending entertainment at the famous Shipwreck Bar across the street there is potential for noisy patrons until 3 in the morning You probably will hear them if you sit on the balcony You also could get noisy guest upstairs.

This property is great for guests who like entertainment but may not be suited for older stuffy folks who want a quiet vacation.
