Une ville tranquille avec un problĂšme de pĂȘche

Mon grand-pÚre a acheté cette propriété en 1966 au maire de Daytona Beach. C'était deux lots avec une maison en bois de deux chambres et un garage en parpaings. En 2007, mon pÚre a démoli l'ancienne maison et a construit une belle maison sur deux étages, elle est située à 30 miles de Daytona Beach et à 90 miles d'Orlando. Ascenseur à bateaux à double décrochage pour bateaux ou jet-skis. Une grande escapade pour la paix et la tranquillité. Mouillez un crochet ou faites une belle promenade en bateau tranquille. La maison est strictement une maison de vacances sans jamais avoir de résident permanent. Il est trÚs vierge et semble toujours neuf. Tous les vacanciers ont été trÚs impressionnés, commentant que mes photos amateurs ne rendent pas justice! Le service est ma principale préoccupation, je veux dépasser toutes les attentes des vacanciers!

Another great stay in Astor FL. The accommodations have always exceeded our expectations. The home was spotless, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared, creating a relaxing atmosphere from the moment we arrived. We especially appreciated how welcoming and attentive the host was—quick to communicate, helpful with local tips, and clearly committed to making the stay enjoyable. Very nice property on the water with boat house and lift. Nice boat ride to Silver Glenn springs and Salt Springs. Saw several manatees next to the dock over the week stay. Very nicely stocked kitchen. Text the host once and he answered promptly.

Fishing getaway in Astor.

My brothers and I stayed at this home for a fishing getaway and it was absolutely perfect. The home is located directly on the St John’s River with access to great fishing. It has a covered boat dock and lift. The house was extremely nice and comes equipped with everything you need. The home owner was proactive with the questions we had, he always responded quickly and was very polite. The entire experience was great, look no further, this is the house. We will be back. Thank you.

Great Area

Absolutely loved location and home site.......having said that, the property advertised sleeps 8 but when we got there we realized there were only 3 beds, no sleeper sofa.....two seniors were not comfortable having to sleep on a couch and on floor......Water location was great and home very spacious.....would go there again if we only have six people......

Another Great Visit to Astor FL

This is our 4th or 5th stay at this VRBO property located on the shores of the St John's River. Spacious, well maintained and extremely comfortable. The boat dock and lift are the high points if fishing is your primary activity. We caught catfish, crappie, bass, blue gill, shiners, warmouth and of course an occasional gar using live minnows off the dock. Great place to stay if you want to relax in a small fishing village and enjoy the sunshine.

3rd Stay Here

Love this home right on the river. This area has so many recreational opportunities. Many state and federal parks that offer kayaking, fishing, hiking and picnicking. We also set a couple of days aside to just fish off the dock at the home. Highly recommended rental. A beautiful home for a very reasonable price. Thanks to our host David. Cheers!

Perfect weekend getaway

Spacious home with plenty of room to spread out. Spent most of our time out on the water and enjoying the dock. Cooking options and music on the dock were great. Having the ability to use the boat lift was a huge plus especially with being on the main channel. Communication with the owner was great as he responded almost immediately with any and all questions. Overall great stay and would definitely book again! Thanks for having us!!

This could become an annual “thing”

Our family has been coming to fish in this area for a few years now, and finding this house to stay in was a treasure. Everything we needed was right on the property! After putting our boat in the water we never had to remove it again until we were headed home that is to the boat slip. Our fish were cleaned at the cleaning station on the docks and quickly put away for freezing. Each afternoon we either relaxed while overlooking the river on the dock or the back porch. The house was roomy enough for my family of 4 and the grandparents to congregate when we wanted and separate when we wanted! I can’t say one bad thing about Dave or the home his family is willing to share with world. He even led us in the right direction for meals away from the house.

Nice Property - Awesome River

Nice property. Got to fish the St Johns and we caught several species, including one nice bass. Quiet neighborhood, except for bridge noise. AC worked great once I figured it out. TV setup was complex and hard to manage - probably need to update to just a smart tv. Also lots of bees at the dock to be addressed. Highly recommended place to stay on the river!!!
