New renovation great multi family or large group. Two separate living areas with own entrances. Plenty of parking for cars/trailers and boats. Full 30 amp RV hook up available. Two large screen porches over looking water. Short boat or car ride to several springs and restaurants. All rooms have smart tv’s with high speed internet. Gas grill and fire pit area. 2 bedrooms downstairs. 1 queen and 1 has bunk with 3rd trundle bed.2 couches that pull out. Mini kitchen and full bathroom. Upstairs 2 bedrooms 2 full bedrooms. First is master with king, second is bunk with 2 beds in bottom. All have quality mattress

House and property are in really great shape. Kitchen is well stocked. Plenty of space and easily accommodated our party of 11 (6 adults and 5 kids). Outside sitting areas around fire pit and on dock were great hang-out areas in the evening. Host was quick to respond to any questions.

Great Bike Week Hub

This was the second year in a row we stayed at this property for Bike Week. The amenities were great for 5 adults and provided everything we needed. Really loved the addition of the privacy fence which provided a little added security for our motorcycles. Josh is a great host for a great property. Looking forward to staying here again.

Fishing trip

We rented home for a for a fishing trip. Host was great with communication. House was very clean and neat. Pictures were accurate. Dock was nice and easy to dock boat with water and electric available. Pretty Easy to get on river from channel where house is located No real issues with anything during the stay. We enjoyed ourselves and will look at renting again.

Great amenities!

Best weekend getaway/staycation spot! My friends and I were extremely impressed and satisfied with all the amenities Josh’s spot had to offer. From the ping pong table, the spacious backyard, the kayaking and fishing, there were endless things to do and Josh was a prompt responder when we had any additional questions. Will likely be back again!

Josh’s house had everything we needed and more! Perfect place for two families or for adults and older kids to have their own space. There was enough on the property to keep several kids from the age of 8-18 busy for two days without leaving, and the adults were able to have their own space as well. The house was clean, and super comfortable. Definitely recommend!

Amazing Weekend at the Springs

Best weekend getaway

By far my favorite stay in the Lake George area and we have stayed in several. Location to the Lake and Springs was perfect. We had a large group with ages ranging from 5 years old to 60. Everyone had the best time. The house was very clean, plenty of gathering space, inside and out, and very well stocked. Would definitely recommend and hope to stay again.

Blackwater Bunkhouse

This property made for one of the best vacations our family has ever been on. It is completely stocked with every necessity needed. The location is quiet and peaceful yet only minutes from town and some of the best food there is to be eaten. Josh was an incredible host who communicated with us throughout our stay to make sure we were comfortable. Our group consisted of 2 families, so we each had a floor to ourselves. The separate entrances for each floor are a game changer and so convenient. The house is updated and clean, and the yard is fenced in and right on a canal. The property includes paddle boards and kayaks, so you’re all set to have fun on the water. We are already planning our trip back next year and can’t wait to revisit Blackwater Bunkhouse!
