The workspace Music Center Arizona room is cozy hangout area. The living room includes a sofa bed for extra guests. Guests can enjoy amenities like AC, WiFi, and a huge collection of CDs for listening on three hi-fi's during their stay. With a convenient location a few hundred feet from the public welcomed VFW Hall and discount grocer this property has a small pet door and rolling lockable front gate brings added security for your trip to Yuma. Enjoy your time in my media filled pop rock home. 4 HD TVs with Chromecast on all. Livingroom TV has Broadcast antenna for local news. Commercial margarita machine is on site and available for your parties.

This home was an absolute gem! Fully appointed kitchen with excellent newer appliances. Dishwasher, washer, dryer, refrigerator, stove, oven, coffee maker, Keurig, and microwave. Two bottled water dispensers. Outside grill! Two bathrooms and two comfortable bedrooms, eat-in kitchen and comfortable living/family room. Multiple TV’s with DVD players and streaming capabilities. I worked two of the jigsaw puzzles from the game shelves! Rick was so generous and welcoming. We stayed for two weeks and would highly recommend this home to anyone needing a place in the foothills. Plenty of room to spread out. Several fabulous outdoor seating areas. Fenced yard for pets. Fantastic location just minutes from Walmart and a multitude of other stores and restaurants. Yuma proper is about 10 minutes away, so this home is close to the parks and activities Yuma has to offer!Don’t hesitate to choose this home! Super clean and comfortable! Thanks Rick.
