Welcome to Azure Resort, unit #117! I'm Frank, your host for this wonderful property. This stunning and spacious beach condo is 4-bedroom / 3-bathroom (Sleeps 9-12). This is a ground floor condo with extremely easy access to pools and beach. The Resort includes 2 pools, 2 hot tubs, bbq grills, fitness center, & direct beach access. Additionally, the beach service is included for free (2 chairs/ 1 umbrella)!

With this vacation rental you receive a very comfortable and nicely decorated unit. To help improve your stay we provide extra housekeeping amenities such as beach towels, laundry detergent, bath shampoos/soaps, keurig w/ starter pods, and more. I look forward to hosting your group for a beach trip!

This condominium is on 1st floor ground level with very convenient walkout to pools/beach. Even though this condo is ground floor, you still receive a very nice partial view of the ocean from the private balcony. Beach service with two beach chairs and umbrella are available each day without added charge.

The resort requires gel bands be worn by all guests to access the pools and beach. All bands must be returned at end of stay. $50 fee per missing band

We absolutely loved our stay! The unit was exceptionally clean and very well maintained. The ground-floor location was so convenient, with a grassy area just outside the balcony for easy direct access to the beach and pools. We also loved the included beach service with two chairs and an umbrella, the two pools, two hot tubs, splash pads, and the covered parking with easy access to the unit. The location was great too, with great restaurants within walking distance. This unit will definitely be our first choice to stay again on our next vaca!

The condo was very spacious and clean. The host was very responsive and super helpful. The view from the back porch was beautiful. You could see the beach and access to the pool and beach were so easy. The place was very comfortable for our family of eight. Would stay again!

Great stay on Fort Walton Beach

Being on first floor and walking out the back door to go to the beach or pool was so convenient. No waiting for elevators. Property is spacious with large TVs, well appointed kitchen, great bathrooms/bedrooms.

I knew there was going to be work done on the balcony but I didn’t know it was the whole place the jack hammers were really loud it gave me a headache no water for two and half days the floors were so nasty my white socks I had on got so nasty I had to get rid of them and didn’t have them on long when I realized how bad it was bathrooms needed cleaned it was a bad trip

This is a disappointing and dishonest review from the guest. Guest was fully aware in advance of all construction and potential for noise during trip. All was disclosed at time of booking and reiterated multiple times. There was an unexpected water issue that affected the entire building. We brought water to guest and went above and beyond to assist. Here is the last text message from the guest at departure… “We would like to thank you for your hospitality through the water issue. We also wanted you to know we enjoyed your condo this week. We will definitely will book it again in the near future. Again thank you and I hope you have a blessed day.”

The room was great for our family. We had been advised ahead of time that we would not be able to use patio and sliding glass doors. Maintenance was occurring all during our stay, but that did not bother us. A few things though, microwave light not working, (maybe just needs new bulb), handle on dishwasher needs repaired. Electronics on washing machine seem to be going out, was still usable. Towel holder in master bedroom, left side of vanity, fell off wall while reaching for towel. Fan in toilet area of main bathroom, making loud, screeching noise. There was some type of food residue on living room TV, and on entertainment center. Didn't hinder us, but cleaners might need to inspect more carefully. Remote for TV in master bedroom was broken, in pieces. Not usable, however was a 2nd remote. None of these items hindered our stay. With all of this, we did accidentally damage the plastic tray for shampoo/condition/body wash in shower of master bedroom. This information was messaged to Karen but did not hear back from her. Also, the front burner of the stove was not working at all, and there is a hole in wall, in the first bedroom, as you walk into condo. Aside, from these maintenance issues, this condo was great for our family, and we enjoyed our time there, and would stay again. Everyone was very nice and friendly.
